Each bundle is hand-wrapped using ethically sourced white sage, beeswax, local herbs, flowers and garden greens. Sage wands or “smudge sticks” have been used for thousands of years for spiritual practices of native Americans, greeks and romans. Spiritually, sage is used to expel negative energy, combat stress and bring peace. We include beeswax in our sage wands because burning beeswax produces negative ions which combat allergens, bacteria, dander and mold in the air. Plus they smell great! We have added Selenite to your torch for added calm. Selenite is a mineral that helps shed worry and anxiety. *Gently remove before burning. To use: light end on fire. Let burn for 10-20 seconds.
