My last two visits have been poor at best. When I left there the last time I was told my points would be added into my total evidently they had some type of system problem. Went in today same thing she had to go in back to find my old points and when I wanted to use them no go a supervisor has to add them back in you will be able to use next time you come in. There won’t be a next time. Too much competition much better deals don’t have to try to use points if for some reason never can get to

Pre Packaged flower that always has a funky smell and taste.Looks fantastic..If you don't smoke that much and your kind of new to the mmj community definitely stop in for your free gram.But if you are on a budget there is cheaper and better just west of here.

I came here (again) because they had a strain of flower I wanted. When they first opened I was a regular then their strain selection was meh... But.... Last night was my 3rd visit in 2 weeks. The flower was good, not dry & got me high af. That’s pretty much all I want.

again, inventory is incorrect & they don't have what they say they do. y'all need to realize how incredibly unprofessional you look. It's sad. The DA's say it's corporate that runs it. Get your $h!t together.

Wow!! Went to this dispensary for the 1st time expecting to get my bogo. Traveled 20 miles Was DENIED! THEY DID NOT HONOR THE FIRST TIME PATIENT SPECIAL. Even tho it clearly stated it on Leafly. They said NO and they where going to change the wording on Leafly. Very very disappointed.

I like that it's right off the highway and right next to Burger King customer service was excellent and has the best edible deals

The lady upfront was super grouchy this the first bad experience here. She literally ruined my night for no reason being smart.. if you aren’t a people person then stay your butt at home. Leave your problems at home when going to work!!!

Long time patient, new to online reviewing. Straight to business tho, if a staff member doesn't know the answer, and maybe even sometimes even if the staff member does know, it seems I get told what they think I want to hear about a question I have for them, instead of just admitting they don't have the answer. And due to this, my meds I tend to receive here don't help with what I was needing the medicine to help with... all in all: great products, high prices, and partially inexperienced staff who don't know specific details about their inventory.

Bad flower. Burns to charcoal chunks that can be difficult to put out. Very harsh chemical taste on all bud. I purchased 5 strains, all bad. They show you good bud on counter then get pre packaged (vacuum sealed wet product stored in dark). Most was wet, stems still 100% pliable and bending. Smoke is beyond harsh on throat and lungs. Strains seem legit and weigh but the quality I would give a D-. It will get you high but its basically high priced, good genetics but....shwag. They need to flush, dry, cure and store properly. They fail in this regard. No need to pay top shelf prices as many of the lower price choices are not close to this low level of quality. I wrote them a few messages, I doubt I will hear back but these people don't know much about bud from what I can see. They are close though. For medical it may even be dangerous. I dare them to smoke a bowl of their own flower and smile. Its that bad.

Bud tender had a great recommendation, peanut butter breathe by g3, great quality but it was short a couple points, which at 54$ For an 8th it should be on point, not natural selections fault definitely g3. Will return again hopefully my 8th will weigh 3.5 next time though..

I loved that all the staff was very up beat and all seemed to be in a very uplifting and bright mood, however, they had no big amounts. I went to buy 1-2 ounces and the bud tender informed me that they only have grams to eights but could charge me individually for an ounce as it was already pre packed, I found this to be extremely frustrating and if it wasn’t for the first time patient deal I wouldn’t have spent any money here. G44 is a nice strain.

I got the Deadhead OG ounce for the 199 special. However, after saving points for give or take, a year, they lost January and February's points earned. I was told, 'We were taking hand-written notes for receipts, if you remember'. Well, what that amounted to, was I had 1427 in points for 2016. I needed 1500 points to get 7 grams, for my membership. I kept getting reminded, by the salesperson, how their dispensary was saving points, unlike the others. This was some statewide issue with dispensaries, who offered a 'point' system. Makes no sense ~ Then, the salesperson told me that if I had a receipt that showed points after December, they would be able to immediately honor my earned 'points'. Very difficult to swallow, this entire loss of credit ~ as Holistic has a point system, they did not LOSE ANYTHING......

very dry bud, smokes really fast, very expesive for what you get - regaurading quality. $40 an 8th for garbage. The only real positive is that the employees are nice.

The bud tenders here are very kind, and focus on creating a comfortable environment. The products themselves are some of the best I've smoked in the area. I do believe that some of their edibles may be improperly labeled, however, and I encourage users to be cautious with them. The 10mg gummy bears hardly affected me whereas one 5mg pill had me uncomfortably high for hours.

Went about a week ago. I am brand new to medical MJ. I asked the guy helping me for a strain that would relieve pain, but more importantly would help relieve anxiety. I wanted something that was not likely to cause anxiety as a side effect. He strongly recommended Chocolate Skunk, so I bought a gram. Got home & checked it on leafly. It's got a HUGE negative side effect of anxiety and paranoia, as is it primarily Mazar Kush. One of the highest anxiety and paranoia profiles on leafly!! I am extremely dissatisfied with this staff members knowledge of the product. Dispensary was clean, had lots of product strains to choose from. Just super disappointed with the bad advice I received.
