im weak as hell right now...how do you sell carts but not 1 battery..its koo ill just go back to mint it just takes longrr to cross town

This is the worst dispensary chain I’ve ever been to. Ive bought from them twice, and they both smelled like mold and they tried to argue with me It was the unique Terps jack and sour diesel dont smell like mold. I’m extremely sensitive to mold if I walk into a house that has it I start coughing and gagging I will never go to any location and always warn ppl about it.

Had to come back and give an updated review. Not necessarily a redemption (not needed) just a smoother process since the first mishap. Had a delivery that was being held up due to simple miscommunication. Have ordered since and have gotten great products, timely delivery, and the driver is pretty chill. Unfortunately can't delete my old review but hope this one helps regarding delivery!

Arizona Organix was the first licensed dispensary in the state of Arizona! I've been frequently visiting this dispensary so when I saw they offered delivery for medical patients I tried it out a couple times. The first time was pretty smooth but then I placed a second order at 7:20AM and when I received the e-mail confirmation it said my delivery was scheduled for 9AM - 12PM so I was happy with that but then as time goes by I noticed no one was reaching out to me. I desperately needed these meds so I hopped into my vehicle and made the drive to the dispensary even though I wasn't feeling well. As I make the drive I get a phone call from like the delivery people who are nice and chill but they told me the earliest delivery their drivers can make is like 12:30 - 3:30PM This didn't seem right to me because when I made the order in the app it allowed me to select 9AM - 12PM and I couldn't wait by 12:30PM because I'd be at work by then so it defeats the whole purpose. Now that I look at my emails, on my first delivery it was scheduled for 11:30 - 2:30PM I think there should've been someone that is like double checking all these details because if patients are needing their meds in a certain timeframe they might just consider driving to the dispensary instead of waiting 6+ hours after placing an order to potentially get a delivery.
