The staff were professional and courteous and their products were of excellent quality. It was kind of an odd process to go through inside - kind of cafeteria style. There wasn't much an atmosphere. It was all pretty mechanical but it was quick and easy.

Beyond/Hello in Sauget has friendly and helpful staff. They go above and beyond to insure customer satisfaction. After shopping at another dispensary in Illinois, I was surprised at the amount of care this dispensary extends to their customers.

Place is pretty good to snatch a deal. Other dispensaries are just milking you for every dime you have. The cons are the thc strengths online aren't always what you get, and for first time customers tis very confusing knowing what to do inside, as there are no lines or instructions.

The staff here is always professional and helpful. The store is super clean and always smells great 😎I would give 4.5 stars for quality, but that wasn’t an option… I’ve only purchased one product here that was sub par, and to be fair, it was on clearance and rapidly approaching the expiration date.
