Unfortunately most of the reviews on here are really gasing this place up. The product is not great and extremely limited. What is advertised on Leafly is not available in store. Also, the prices are outrageous. I moved to Virginia from Colorado and these dispensaries have a massive long way to go to brining quality to people who need it for an AFFORDABLE price. If you get a cartridge from here it will only be .5 gram for $65 which is 2X more than in other state dispensaries. Since there's a monopoly on these dispensaries in VA there is no other option and everyone is stuck with a sub par product at an enormous retail price. Isn't enough that we have to pay $250 just to register with the Board of Pharmacy? Unfortunately, I may be moving to prescription meds because they're covered by insurance and I can't afford to spend half of my paycheck on this anymore.

They must be writing their own reviews while paying their employees and whoever else they can pay to give them these raving reviews. Nothing against the staff in anyway, they're just trying to make a living too I guess but all this pushing these rave reviews and articles telling people to spend their money on a medical Card is part of the CRIMINAL MMJ SCAM... VIRGINIA NEEDS TO BOYCOTT ITS "MMJ PROGRAM"/Columbia Care so they have no choice other than to close there doors take their SWAG products and their greed and get out of Virginia so that the next group of dispensaries will come here knowing right away that Virgians will not put up with their and the COMMUNIST Wealth's Greed DRIVEN CRIMINAL MONOPOLY. Virginia charges 2 to 3 times more than any other state and only offers decent (AT BEST) flower but mostly just plain old swag and they eliminated all of our concentrates and the 0 to 3 you may find that they did bring back were cut 20 to 30% but of coarse they left the price at the same OTRAGEOUSLY OVERPRICED ABSURD $90 PER MEASLY LITTLE GRAM... ONE GRAM!!!! THESE PEOPLE CANT GET RAN OUT OF THE COMMUNIST WEALTH OF VIRGINIA SOON ENOUGH!!!!

I just went in for my first time on 10/18/21 purchased 2 of the what I thought was 3.5s of crescendo and puravida and when I got home and weighed them both were exactly 2.5 on my brand new scales. The flower was very dry and seemed old didn’t get me a buzz. Very bad first impression I don’t think I will return or refer anyone here EVER unless something is done to be compensated!!! Sincerely a first time very disappointed customer!!! I spent over $149.00 my first visit!!!

Columbia Care, Gleaf, or whoever, you are a joke and an insult to medical patients in VA. You have different prices EVERYWHERE, with better pricing and product in other states. In VA your locations are an hour apart. One has a sale, the other is selling the same items for full price. The flower in VA is HORRIBLE. So, you have inspired me to DIY. Growing my own, got a botanical infuser, make my own product. You can't even unload your flower because it's overpriced and just plain bad. Made me proud my first plant tasted better that your product.

The people running this place should be ashamed of themselves 4 the prices. They are literally double if not triple the prices of other states dispensary. We need more places 2 pop up 2 drive this monopoly out of our state.

The employees are fantastic!! The products are nothing to brag about. The prices are insanely expensive!! Overall, this place is a joke!!!! I weened off of my pain meds hoping this would be better. The medical cannabis is wonderful for my pain. Sadly, it is waaaay too much $$$ and I can't afford it. I guess it's back to pain pills which my insurance will cover. So much for helping Virginian's with their chronic pain.

$60 for a dry eighth of mid-shelf buds, sometimes high-grade but very rarely. $55-60 for bunk, dark brown 0.5g distillate carts. $90 grams of hash rosin. This is medicine for medical patients, not Jungle Boys or Cookies. They only come out with new edibles that aren't even good, for $40 a bag of 10-12 gummies coming in at 9-10mg each.

Shit prices; shit weed; shit service. The atmosphere is nice though but who gives a fuck what the place looks like?!?!? Fix this, or the black market will win everytime.

I love this location! Service is exceptional; however, the last three types of flower I purchased were between .6 up to 1.5 grams less than what is listed on the label. Yes, i weigh it out because I measure 1gm per roll. Tried weighing on different devices and they were still significantly short. I hope this gets resolved ASAP, but all in all this is a great place! I visit often, but do not want to feel that I am being shorted.

Patients who order online should be able to skip the line in-store and pick-up their medication at a dedicated kiosk. What’s the point of ordering online if you are still required to wait in dispensary for people to decide what they want? Even better, Columbia Care credit account holders should be able to pay online, which would speed-up the process.

over priced, subpar products, staff not as knowledgeable as they should be, lack of variety in edibles. Just finished my master's degree in cannabis medicine, science, and business. Education on cannabis is lacking at all of Virginia's dispensaries. This is a common problem in every state. It's more about profits than patients. Shameful!!!

The staff are great but the people who own the place are really bad borderline criminals they sell terrible cannabis products and are over priced by a lot of I could upload pics I would show you the low quality of cannabis that they sell stay away from this place street dealers have a much better weed and it’s sad to say I trust them more

Stop calling cannabis a strain. VIRUSES ARE STRAINS CANNABIS IS A CULTIVAR/CHEMOVAR. If you are going to sell cannabis at least learn the correct terminology......😑🍄🌵💔💔

I love this place. I was the 2nd person there on the soft opening. After making it past the very friendly security guard, the wonderful smell of cannabis filled my nose. From that point on it was an amazing experience at Columbia Care for me. Even though they dont have their own product ready, they were righteous enough to purchase Gleaf products and sell those to us. Thats a win win bc not only are gleaf products very very good, but I no longer have to drive to RVA to get my meds. Columbia Care gives me a discount for being disabled on top of the wonderful care given to me while i am there. I have been there twice now they even have a zero sur charge ATM since Virginia doesnt allow any other currency. I am way impressed and so glad they are here. I'll be seeing y'all real soon after this Channel Plus FSE vape cart is empty, btw, great for my every day neuropathy and my BPD. Such great times for us Virginians, especially for ones with a medical card. Because although it's no fun being disabled, at least we finally have medical marijuana and we no longer have to play the pain management rat race and be hooked on opiates. Been there done that, much rather use cannabis than poison. Peace y'all and stay legally medicated and safe while doing it. Namaste

Flower is a bit overpriced, but the mmj program in Va is only a year old and prices will likely go down over time. Staff are nice and knowledgeable and the interior is welcoming. Having said that, stay the eff away from gLeaf. Their flower is absolute trash. I have no idea how gLeaf gets away with that highway robbery. All of their flower in CC is dry as hell, which means it is expired or close to it. More people need to start filing complaints with the state, bc it is nothing but amateur hour at gLeaf. CC house brand (Seed and Strain) is really good. I have tried all their flower and it is solid. Grown right, fresh, and heavy hitting with my fav being kushberry and mango lemonade.

Love the atmosphere and the people that run this dispensary. They are super helpful and super informative and if you’re new to this they are very helpful on guiding you to the right thing that will help you based on your pain illness or problem.

Hey! Shout out to the guy who said he was the second at the soft opening Dec 29th. I was in front of you. That was a great day. I've been back to Columbia Care a second time now. They still have only GLeaf products, so I am anticipating trying out their own products when they are ready for sale. I loved the atmosphere and it is amazing to finally have a dispensary close to me.

OMG great customer service, super friendly/knowledgeable staff. And last but not least... Great product!!!!

I'd give it 5 stars, but since I have nothing to compare it to, I will just say my first time in today was quick and easy with just a little blip with the security guard, but we ironed that out just fine. Was greeted upon entering, everyone was smiling and seemed interested in their job and answered my questions to my liking. The price for 3 preroll was better than expected, and as I sit here writing my review I am feeling really good in the head and my back pain has subsided quickly! I will def be back!

It’s Great time in Virginia because the legal cannabis sales have been up and running a little over a year now. A proud medical cannabis card holder myself I am so happy to be able to purchase good quality cannabis products whenever I want to. Within the first year I have seen the products get better along with better prices and bigger quantities along with new locations opening. The staff at the two dispensary’s in my area are professional, friendly and very helpful. There are discounts for veterans and seniors and great sales so for all of those people who still complain because they may have lived in a state that has had legal sales of cannabis for a decade or more shut up and purchase your cannabis from street dealers and run the risk of just anything being in your products. Great job Columbia Care keep the good quality products coming we support you in Virginia

It’s a very cool place to get great quality weed but there prices are way way to expensive for the small amount you get.I was very disappointed in there prices.
