First off, It was perfectly located for my bf and I to walk over from the stratosphere hotel which is awesome. I love that it's open late, and the girl that helped us ( don't remember her name however she has a tattoo that says trust one way and faith the other on her left forearm) Was great and very knowledgeable about her products. She had excellent customer service skills too! From the moment you walk in it's just a great atmosphere and everyone's vibes were great. The trees were good too lol and the price was shockingly lower than expected. A definite must go to place!

The place is awesome. Clean, fresh, like Men In Black😎. Smooth service, the receptionist is cool, 👌 nice to chat w/ her in addition to product preferences she pointed me towards the new strand Silver Surfer. I'm givin her knucks next visit👊. Greeted by Sidney (Sydney), my budtender , he was on point, informative and kept it real about good product 💯. He put me in the right direction and convinced me to snag a 420 True OG preroll @ the end of my purchases which I'm happy to say I'd honestly be sad if I hadn't tried it. ✊

I used their delivery service. Before I start ranting and raving I realize that all I need to do is keep it short and sweet. Spencer was extremely patient while setting me up in the system as a first time patient. He kept his word on holding the last stock of the strain I needed. Kept me in the loop regarding estimated time of arrival. I am overly ecstatic when it comes to his & the rest of the budtender's customer service skills. I can't wait to order delivery again especially to avoid lines/crowds after the "recreational" state law passes!!!

Just like a Kid in a Candy Store every time you walk in, but that can be said for them all...but Essense on the strip is kinda like a Glitzy New Casino and will get bigger I'm sure. Sorry don't remember any of the Budtenders names but they will treat you right no matter who you get...……...

horrible sales people, was told as a new customer I get 20% off my sale, and 2 strains were 10$ G' s. so I bought them, and another gram at full price, 16$ and a trokie... after being passed around like a bad hot potato, I checked out and left... when I get home and open my bag to check out my goods, my bill was 3x16$ grams and no discount! full price for everything! called, and I can bring my reciept in and get my money back, but I'm disabled and have to ask for another ride, then lost the reciept. so you ripped me off, and lost a customer!

First time here. Everyone seemed knowledgable. I'm from Cali so I only know Cali strands. Be aware that only Nevada strains are sold here if you are looking for something specific.
