Great Vibe and atmosphere in the lobby as well in the back. The quality of the flower is fantastic. General great prices when you shop the specials. Staff is always chill and very friendly and gives great strain recommendations. The location is very convenient if you live on the east side. Delivery service is actually quite affordable as well.

I hesitated to write this review because I truly love Desert Bloom and its staff. Their in-person service is something to be applauded. Product quality and information have always been on point. Unfortunately, their delivery service is consistently terrible. For the last 2 orders, I have had to wait more than 5 hours to receive them. I have had at least 3 orders with the wrong or missing items. The response to this terrible delivery service is often "Delivery is first come first serve and we go (x) far to deliver." We aren't talking about pizza or a Door Dash Delivery. It's the equivalent of asking a nurse for your morning meds and not getting them till bedtime. They claim to be "For by patients by patients", but this patient has lost her patience. Perhaps reduce your delivery area. Add more drivers. Cut off orders at a reasonable hour so that patients do not have to wait hours for meds. Weed gods help us when they start delivering rec too.

It's good but far. And Budtenders should allow you to express your concern on flower you like or don't without responding condescending... spend mt hard earn money and if i want uncured non manicured bud I get it from the street.. very unhappy with my experience with this Budtender and bunk bud.

I'm not sure what has happened I have asked multiple people who work there from mangers to employees and I'm told a different answer every single time its crazy anyways I have been buying concentrates from this place for a long time spending 350 every 4 days or so but in the last few months this despensary has gone down hill big time I used to buy hash and kief and when they ran out of that and was unable to keep it stocked I switched over to vape catarages I have been trying to buy catarages from here for a few months and every time I go they have less and less vape products every time I go and when you ask what's going on you are told a million different answers buy everyone who works there they don't even care live resin cured resign or the sauce pen they don't even have any refined resin carts and now someone who works there told me they would have some catarages in a couple of hours and then a guy answered the phone a few hours later telling me they won't even be carrying the catarages anymore so do yourself a favor and don't waste your time at this despensary go somewhere else that actually has concentrates because desert bloom is out of many different products and has been out for a couple months now and like I said you get a different answer everytime you ask someone why and when there are many other dispensarys in Tucson with much better deals on flower the one big thing desert bloom had going for it was its good deals on concentrates so its obviously a no brainer to go somewhere else and not look back it's a shame I liked coming to desert bloom I don't know what happened but it sure became a let down fast

Worst dispensary I’ve ever been to. Not only did they lie straight to my face about my purchase, the quality of their “Dry ice extracted hash” was a COMPLETE LIE. They sold me Kief that’s probably 2 years old with NO THC. Made from trim & stems most likely. Worst $20 I’ve spent in my life. Never coming here again. Place was weird and the bud tenders didn’t seem sure about the stuff they were talking about. One said this was hash the other said they just label it as hash?

I have been to a few places around town and this has definitely become my primary place for my medical needs. Best medicine, staff, and atmosphere hands down.

first timer and i got an 8th of their top shelf flower and i broke about a half gram nug and found 4 seed in that half gram and their wax is supper dark not happy at all WILL NEVER GO BACK!

Havent been here in awhile. ordered an 1/8 on monster cookies and got about 20 seeds in my order..i was mad af was smelling seeds burning everytime i loaded up..started having to go through it first..NOT HAPPY could of found some street weed with less seeds..SEEDS ARE BAD! Theyve fallen off. terrible experience. moving this dispensary to the bottom of the list..

Sad to see the employees not practicing safe measures for patients. If u make patients follow safety measures then you should practice them as well as a dispensary.

All the flower pretty much smells and looks the same. Also theres a dog in there and im allergic to dogs. The budtenders are chill though

This place is a No Go, No good supply of product... Same Strain Everytime... I believe they grow it... it smokes like it... It burned a hole in my pocket (wasted money) They have their staff leave reviews to keep their ratings up.. Don't believe the hype...

Bud tender did not get me exactly what was ordered. Gave me more expensive version of flower and there was a ton of shake. Advise against shopping here.

Awesome place!

I went for the first time a few days ago. Figured with the great reviews it would be nice. I chose two 1/2 ounce pre packaged products got home with them and was not happy with either package. everything was dry and almost no actual bud just leaves. I will not be coming back.
