Elements ultra thin rolling papers are made from pure rice fibers pressed to make it ultra slow burning and incredibly thin. Elements rice rolling papers are just that, no chemicals, no pulp and no hemp. Each Element rolling paper is watermarked with their proprietary CrissCross watermark. This special watermark helps prevent runs and maintains the smoothest burn.
