I loved this place when I started going. But now it feels like a job. I placed an online order and get there and have to still wait an hour to pick up. What’s the point of ordering online if I still have to wait like the ones that didn’t place an online order. I’ve killed too many lunches. Please revamp your online pick system. Right now it sucks for the amount of traffic that comes through there.

Awesome place with great atmosphere. The deals are some of the best and can definitely see how much they care about taking care of their patients/customers.

I will not go here again. They advertise a 20% Veterans discount on all regular priced items, but its false. Theres stipulations they dont tell you until you get there. Screw this place.

I enjoy shopping here. However I went on a Saturday, asked for a specific kind of wax, sativa. When I got home I realized it was not what I had picked out. I asked for echos orange apricot, instead I received blue frost, which is a indica dominate hybrid. It's highly frustrating, the product is good, but getting what I ordered is the point.

Emerald Gilbert is my regular dispensary which I am pleased with. Today I tried out the express online ordering for the first time. After ordering, I received both a text and an email confirming my order. When my order was ready for pickup, I received another text. When I got to The Dispensary, there was one person ahead of me have to check-in desk. Upon checking in, I was told to wait off to the side until the person ahead of me at the pick up section had left. When he left I went up to the pick up section and handed the budtender the ticket I got at the check-in desk and gave it to her. My order was ready in a bag and all I had to do was pay. I am so thrilled with this new service! It is a major Time Saver.

Came here since i was out in the area, the chica who helped me was not only sweetheart and adorable, but very knowledgeable, she helped me a get topical cream for pain, and hooked me up with what ever early morning flower deal they had going on. It was a Good experience, ppl their seemed involved, not just a cute face behind the counter.

Bong dispensary, they have great bud and they people are very nice!
