Love coming to this location...and have been coming here for a year and a half. The employees are amazing and helpful and do not rush you into making a decision. For the most knowledgeable "budtender" I have experienced you must wait for "BRANDY"... not only is she always smiling but she matches the product to my needs and that is what I need! She is my #1 ... Another super knowledgeable and absolutely amazing employee is "ERIC". Eric is a spiritual down to earth guy who just loves people and loves to help them. when I go to Emerald I feel like I am visiting friends who I trust to guide me in my dispensary needs. So, we know how great the employees are...now onto the products. I feel their selection of flower is not always too terrific. Either too much of one and not another and the flower tends to be pretty dry... that is really my only pet peeve...sadly it is a big one. to be truthful...I come more for the employees than the flower. I have learned to feel for the softer packets. They do have some great sales but beware...you WILL wait ..so kick back with some water and chat to the patient next to you and just enjoy the experience.

Nice place, efficient staff. In-house PHO batter tastes like chemical shit. Works but taste is not like BHO. Zero terps left and can taste the propane I’m sure it “Passes” Az’s lax residual standard but that’s not saying much. I bought two grams of different strains and both have horrible taste. You flash it with a torch and the residue gas flashes up like a sparkler on the 4th of July? You get what you pay for I guess.

Awesome first time visit and they really hook you up ! The customer service was A+! i was helped by a guy named stephen ! I will definetly go here again and recommend it to all!

I like this place, but i bought some pre rolls from them and they were below the .75 stated, one was .61 and i was pissed! Things would have gone down differently back in the old days! But oh well..... weed is still bomb:)

the location is a bit hidden. the flower is decent but this review is for their concentrates. I bought a gram of infusion "critical super silver haze" and am very displeased. it tasted horrible. almost foot like... there papers say it tested at 84%.thc but I had to dab quite a bit more than usual. I've been disappointed with all concentrates on the area actually. wish you guys would put out better quality medicine for your patients.

I come here at least once weekly and everyone here knows me as "Ice Queen Jones" I love how personable everyone is, and the ladies are always uplifting when I've had a bad day. If you ever come to them with a problem they always have a quick solution. Quality place. Ice Queen recommended ;)

New atmosphere is, service is always great. But the flower now is trash, all dark looking like reggie. Spent $160 on a top tier half ounce to look similar as Reggie. PASS
