Outdoor or greenhouse was a joke, ordered a oz of this & looked bad & definitely was not happy. So when ordered, would not let me see both outdoor strains ? said only what you order is what driver will bring.. But 1st time bought some was fine & driver showed 7 different strains wow

Delivery could be a lot faster. It seems like that's a big issue that has been brought up a lot in reviews here. Idk y they don't just hire more delivery drivers?! Friendly staff and decent qualify meds. Wish the flower was trimmed better however.

I am so glad green2go have a retail store in the tri-cities. Knowledgeable staff they answered every question I had!

Location is a little of path but I dont mind the drive. I live in walla walla and make the drive because it is worth it. Service is outstanding and knowledgeable.

Hands down the most professional dispensary in town, best concentrates as well, just tried the wifi, it's powerful and has me well medicated can't wait to try the rest of refine, next up Zion og.

The Big Bad Green 2 Go! First time visit for me, I liked it. Been to plenty of shops, sure there was a little wait, like 5 - 10 minutes... but that's fine lots of people want weed. I couldn't believe how expensive some of the brands were! Not Interested in any $60+ concentrate or 8ths! HAHAHA $60+ for an 8th is a joke. But they had all prices so no worries. Lots of Joints! Ill stop again!

Green2Go has NO INTEGRITY and no desire to do right by their customers! I purchased a vape cartridge and was very excited to use it. I was only able to take about ten puffs off of it and it stopped working on me. I thought it was the battery, but when I took it to the retailer, they used it successfully and told me it was the cartridge. My husband called Green2Go and after speaking with a manager, was told that they wouldn't replace it or examine it in an attempt to fix it. The manager made excuses and dismissed my husband and didn't care that we had just spent $40 on the cartridge less than 24 hours prior to the call. I am very disappointed that they didn't offer to right their wrong by replacing it or giving us some sort of store credit. We will no longer be using this dispensary even though it is only 15 minutes away. Instead, I drove 45 minutes out to Altitudes in Prosser and bought a cartridge that I know they will replace if I purchase a faulty one. I recommend not buying the Honey Tree Extract cartridges even though they are more affordable. So far, I am very pleased with my new Avitas cartridge and it tastes delicious and has a higher cannabinoid content than the other as well. Hooray for extracts!

Great people working there~ helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. I tried the Happy Cat oil. it is packed conveniently in a plastic syringe for easy dispensing. Worked great. Quality of the oil is decent. Best for ingesting, too thick to vape. Try the Orange Sherbet. Also tried the Snoop's Dream. As you would infer, it's a very red-eye, hunger and cotton mouth inducer. Best be ready to sit down awhile. Blue fire: seemed a bit premature, not the grower's best showing on this one. Don't know if it was harvested early, or not cured out completely.??? Was very loose bud and not much resin. Produced short lived, mild head high. Has potential for greatness, though. Also, got a gram of Purple Diesel. My favorite, just the right amount of indica for the buzzy, euphoric feeling and pain relief. Tasty, dense, smelly and sticky. Just like any good purple. This was my first visit to this shop. She is under construction, adding a lounge area. Can't wait for that! I sincerely hope you folks give this place a try. If I remember right she applied for the recreational sales licensing since our state (greedy pigs) is phasing out medical dispensaries. So, cross your fingers!

Jillian was great and got me what I needed for a fun weekend. Prices coming down a little would be great but I am fine with paying a little more for the great service =)

the location is awesome i live right down road. cant beat a 2 minute drive for some product. thr only thing is that some time budtenders lie about what they smoke or they recommend the first thi g they can think of. i would rather have the bud tenders more equiped with the proper info for each product. its alot that i get. but for this industry that kind of stuff is common knowledge id guess. but overall great place.

I'll check them from time to time, but so long as Herbal Solutions keeps their pricing where it is at the only reason to go G2G is for the flowers, which are still fire mind you. There are other quality concentrates however, available at other outlets. G2G still has a great team behind them, but as somebody who thought i'd only use them. Herbal Solutions really went that extra mile in the end.

Yes the sour pebbles is back! My only wish keep this stocked like the other Fire Bro strains, but it's super bomb, so I understand the fast sell out.

this store has a great feel to it, everyone is usually happy and full of life, depending on the bud tender. one in particular showed me 8 of the exact same weed, ( banana kush), when i specifically asked to see different buds in my price range. I was told this was all they had, so of course I bought one. it ended up having seeds. beside that one bad experience I have a great shopping time there especially with Jillian, Amanda, and Amy. they will help you find anything you need!

Could have a lil nicer costumer service. I dodo ate Alcott but over I like the variety of flowers and concentrates, keeps me coming back. Thanks guys.
