Curaleaf - Northbrook

Greenhouse Northbrook has the best retail cannabis shopping experience I've had in Illinois. Other shops I've visited were located in recently vacated office space, and we're laid out like labyrinths as they socially distanced us customers all over the place. I've shivered outside as other locations co- mingled us rec customers with their med customers, giving priority to med of course. I've tried parking in 3 inches of mud in Mundelslime. Greenhouse has none of those "issues". Good people, great environment.

I enjoyed everything from the time I got off the exit ramp and was able to turn right into the parking lot. My experience began as I spotted the large Greenhouse name from the highway and ended with a great haul from the best dispensary in the state. Every step and process was executed with precision and speed as well as being a beautiful, comfortable store that makes you feel very welcome and warm. From the very professional and highly skilled security guards to the people in back packing my order, I felt every person in between exceeded my expectations and I was treated as a “regular” who has been shopping there for years. Wonderful homey place and helpful staff. I initially bought a Cresco pen and resin cartridge from Sunnyside. Two Cresco pens were found to be defective; I did not successfully get the Cresco pen to charge, nor was Sunnyside helpful. Went in to Greenhouse who kindly gave me a COMPLIMENTARY vape pen which worked perfectly. I will be switching my business to The Greenhouse of Northbrook.

My experience at Greenhouse Northbrook was the best of the 4 dispensaries that I have visited in Illinois so far. First the location is very convenient (right off Rte 41). Secondly, the parking lot is large, well marked and asphalt (unlike Rise Mundelein). The dispensary building itself is beautiful both inside and outside. Also, it is well organized. The entire staff was very pleasant and efficient. Although I went at a very busy time of the day, amazingly there was virtually no wait. My Budtender (Marissa) was awesome. She was friendly and had great knowledge of the items that I was interested in. Most important was that I felt safe ! Social distancing was properly observed and the dispensary appeared spotless. 10 of 11 on the Dinometer.

The first thing I noticed was how beautiful it was in there. The greeting staff was nice, but Liz went above and beyond. She was super sweet and knew a TON about cannabis and mental health. She was relatable and gave me a so many great product suggestions. Of course the quality was amazing, and the 15% off for my first time was the cherry on top. I’m going back next week!
