Green Pharms Dispensary Flagstaff (Med/Rec)

Let me start off by saying this was my first time here and I could only make an online order. I had the most difficulty with their online orders and ended up having to use my boyfriends phone because mine was not working. I wanted blackberry kush(I have the drip cart and it tastes so good I wanted to try the flower), and it told me they were sold out after trying to place my order. I decided to go with snoop dog og. I appreciate them for calling me and telling me that I cannot use my first time patient on that strain and they recommended me blackberry kush. I was frustrated because I wanted this strain initially but their website told me there was 0 grams left. I ended up getting my first time patient with the blackberry along with a half of snoop dog og. The real frustration was that both strains were DRY. The blackberry kush is almost $40 for an eighth, yet it is dry, full of stems and you’re basically paying $40 for shake. Snoop dog og was $160 for a half and it was not good at ALL. The weed looks horrible. I live in the west side and was up here for a trip and decided to stop by and wasted an ounce on buying here. I’ve read reviews about the staff and I do not think they were at all that bad. You came in and they all worked together to help the front desk get the change she needed. One ran to get orders and check IDS, while another was at the register.

I ordered a full gram cartridge of blackberry kush online and when I got to the store they swapped it out for a half gram cartridge in a different strain without ever calling me to confirm if that was okay, I've also had to call in multiple times to see if my orders ready cause they never send out confirmations, worst dispo in Flagstaff selection and service wise

this place is got to be the worst dispensary ever, slow as hell, dont care about it i guess i will never come here agaian thats for dam sure!

Went for about three months when I first moved here - decent product for the price, okay service unless they’re busy because “we have other people to help so we’re just trying to keep the line moving” and about 60% of the time are out of the product I came in for and got told “oh, broken dreams.” I don’t recommend this place. Try high mountain - consistent good product AND service.

These people really don't care! I bought 3 8ths and a 1/4 of their T1 top shelf strains, the 3 8ths looked worse than dirt weed, it was all dried out shake and stem, I did a express order so I couldn't know what they gave me, when I went back to ask for a exchange or something I was told by the Manager that she could do nothing and I'm screwed, said she would call me after speaking to someone "above" her and I never got that call, I got played for 3 8ths of T1 top shelf shake and stems.

I just wanted to say thank you to Junior because of your help I was able to get a few items and on your day off now that's TRUE human kindness and caring. Junior you're such a good person and I thank you. Its things like this that makes me happy to shop at greenpharms.

Nice place. Flower was a little leafy and not best prices as advertised. High mountain or greenhouse better in my humble opinion.

An enjoyable experience with nice new patient presents. Great meds and they aren't stingy with it. Looking forward to the menu adds. The walls are a little bare.

The only place in flagstaff that has quality medicine... finally something rivals what the black market brings in from Cali. I was also donated (p2p) an edible that wasn't in their system yet, and very impressed.

The guy working today helped us out even though it was labor day and they could have been closed. He was kind and helpful. Place was under renovation, but the service and meds were great.

Green Pharmacy is a great place in Flagstaff to get meds. They always have a amazing selection of herb, edibles, and they just started carrying concentrates. I tried their wax and it is high quality extract. the staff at green pharmacy is awesome always friendly and helpful with their knowledge of the plant.

This Dispensary is way ahead . The Genetics are incredible , as well as the medication. By far, one of the best Ive been to in the state. Lovin it! TY

Worst dispensary in Flagstaff. Went in for the baked cartridge buy 2 get 1 free deal. When I tired the cartridges on 2 different batteries they didn’t work. I’ve had this issue before with cartridges at other dispensary’s and they always make it right by swapping it out or refunding my money back. The staff at grrenpharms was very rude about the whole situation and refused to switch my cartridges out or give me a refund. The manager told me it’s a risk on the patient to hope the cartridges work lol absolutely insane. Stay far away from this shady dispensary.

Every since I found out about GREENPHARMS I’ve been here faithfully great location great friendly some best staff members u can ever meet great wonderful flower an great prices if u haven’t been get there especially for early bird special $5 grams between 9am-10am 3 gram limit but it’s worth every penny

Been to all the dispensaries in flagstaff and GreenPharmacy has the best meds by far. The Blackberry Kush is unreal so is the GSC and Cherry Pie. The staff is also very nice and knowledgeable. The store itself is very nice to, by far the best dispensary in flagstaff!

Having visited multiple Arizona dispensaries before, and a couple in Flagstaff, I walked in to a pleasantly decorated establishment, with a receptionist counter placed right in front of the main entrance. I was politely greeted, directed to fill out my first time patient paperwork, and asked to wait for an agent to assist me. A process that took all of ten minutes to complete, if that. You will need your medical card or certification to enter the bud room. The bud room is very spacious, and well laid out. Separated into two sides, concentrates and edibles, with flower in the middle. This makes the overall product easy to view, but small jars make the flower cramped and tough to see. They do also carry a selection of glass and other smoking products. I was attended to by Ben, who was very friendly and informative. He let me know about the days current specials, which I was sure to take advantage of. These included a free gram for first time patients, along with 30% off pre-rolls for the day. After purchasing my meds, I learned about GP's points rewards system, which is a nice topper to a restricted MMJ budget. Between daily deals and rewards, one could save some serious $$$ planning correctly. My experience at Green Pharms was an overall positive one. The only reason I do not award this establishment five stars is based the quality of their flower. While still a high quality product, I feel the trimming and care for the buds could be better. Some strains have a slight chemical taste left behind after smoking. I'm not sure if this is reserved simply to a batch, or a sign of growers practices.. However, their selection of concentrates and edibles appears quite more extensive and varied than other local dispensaries.
