Green Pharms Dispensary Flagstaff (Med/Rec)

Wow i am so disappointed with his this dispo. Rude rude rude bud tenders who are lack so much empathy. Literally haven’t had such a horrible time like that since I visited doctors who don’t listen. These people were lazy and rude. Pretty mad for wasting my time and energy. My advise pick another dispo.

I recently moved here from Tucson and since I arrived here, I have primarily visted Greem pharms for my refills on my meds. There is one gentleman who usually works prettt much everyday it seems and he is outstanding. The enviroment is super welcoming and comfortable for patients and there is a wide variety regarding product and price. The whole staff is super awesome and knowledgeable and are there for the patients 100%!! Would reccommend to anyone!

DO NOT GO HERE, worse dispensary ever. Such a hassle and they don’t have hardly anything. NO DEALS. Which is ridiculous. Never been to a dispensary without new customer specials ETC. TERRIBLE SERVICE.

The employees were enjoying time amongst themselves chatting about non work related things while doing nothing to help me. My budtender, who i do not remember by name was a blonde dude who seemed too stoned to be productive as it took an extra 10+ minutes to take my cash, pick up my bag and hand it to me when it had just been sitting there the whole time i was in the dispensary. Prior to walking in the door, I received an email letting me know my onLine order was ready so there was no other work that needed to be completed before i was helped. He also gave me the wrong total number of what i would be paying. It seemed like the employees would rather pretend they are busy or just chat and twiddle their thumbs than to actually do what they are paid to do, which is help cannabis patients obtain their medicine. The only positive thing is i got a free cartridge (bogo free first time patient) i will not be returning.

This dispensary puts prices on LEAFLY that they do not honor in the dispensary when you arrive. I was actually told by the bud tender that “they don’t honor it and someone else runs it and always messes it up.” Why advertise here? Why put something out there and not honor the actual price when you get to the dispensary to purchase. On top of that the female who assisted me was so passive aggressive and rude I couldn’t believe it. Be cautious here. Fraudulent pricing and terrible customer service approach.

trying to order online is a nightmare. I finally knocked on the door and Nick helped me out. He wrote all my info and created my account. STILL a nightmare, he said to call but after no answer 3x I started getting voicemail... NOW I'm getting angry, knocked on the door again and again was told to call. it took almost 1 1/2 hrs THEN...they didn't have the advertised products

GreenPharms is my least favorite dispensary up here in Flagstaff. It seems as if the PHX location is perfect but they don’t act like they care about Flag at ALL. I have made this clear multiple times when I have came in. The flower is always dry and the people just aren’t very welcoming or helpful. You are still only aloud to do online/phone orders even though the other location is reopened entirely. On the flip side there are a couple times where the staff have been very helpful but I have still never been impressed with what I bought. Greenhouse and High Mountain Health are always much better overall.

Am I allowed to leave 0 stars? This place is HORRIBLE. I was just passing though after a trip back home to Phoenix. Decided to stop for some bud. I always review the menu before I walk inside any dispensary. Walked to the door they do not take walk up orders only online. So I ordered through leafly. Well nobody explains that you have to place an order through their website if a new patient....... They sure texted me to tell me they do not have a product but dont have the decency to tell patients to order through their dumb website that's complicated as f*** to understand. I WILL NEVER BE BACK TO THIS PLACE!

So disappointed with this dispensary. Why would you suspend deals and promotions when patience need more help than ever right now! Some times I get good help and other times ?? I would not know any better but when you put them next to the other local dispensaries there is just no comparison.

The good: Huge selection of both mediocre and high quality concentrates. Only dispo in town to consistently have drip brand concentrates of all tiers, which can be hard to find in flagstaff. The Bad: Music is always way too loud to hear voices clearly (I’m a musician and festival performer...meaning I can handle volume). Never really feels like the staff knows what is going on as far as who is in line, who has placed an order already, who is waiting for pickup, etc. Couple this with unnecessarily loud music, it only adds to the feeling of chaos when you get through the door. Only place I’ve ever gotten to my car to realize my order was wrong...twice. Not enough to be overly upset, but not what I ordered (wrong strain one time, wrong concentrate altogether another time). Summary: Step it up you guys...you can do better.

Slow. Not that great of products and unbelievably rediculous service. Kick people out in the cold before they check in. Then take 4 people in front of the people waiting outside in the cold. Brilliant. Never going back!

This place USE TO be cool, now it’s just plain booty!!!! Crap weed & SUPER SHADY business practices, not to mention the most unhelpful laziest staff in the entire universe. They are so shady they don’t know how much the tax & can’t give you an exact amount. Spend your hard earned money else where. Disappointed & will never buy anything from them again. Word.

This shop's gonna be my northern shop, whenever I catch rides up north. Because I loved the deli style set up. Deli style says, to me,"We favor transparency and have total confidence in our product. No shame!" I will ALWAYS put deli style over prepacked. ALWAYS. Anyway, the staff was super friendly and nice. I was listened to (at great length because I felt comfortable enough to babble to the budtender, which is a pretty great indicator on their budtenders' attitudes, that they could put you at your ease like that.) Prices were great, conversation was great, meds are fantastic. I love this place. I can't wait to come back. Thanks for a great first visit, folks. <3

by far my favorite dispensary around, staff is very nice and helpful, merchandise is awesome!! Highly recommended!!

Service used to be much quicker, but it has slowed exponentially recently. I hope they’re able to get this resolved soon!

Price affordable, Greenpharms staff is very helpful and knowledgeable about the products, atmosphere is great and deals everyday.

Did online medical order. Arrived at the store, and informed receptionist doubling as online order clerk. Immediately asked for my AZ Driver's license. I presented my digital copy of my ADHS medical card. She was insistent on a card ID. Why would the state of AZ go thru the trouble of printing and issuing digital ID’s? Not coming back to this racist backwoods location ever. If you are Native go elsewhere.
