Harvest HOC - Chandler (Med/Rec)

Just moved to the area and wasn’t happy about leaving my previous store behind. Found out this place was close and put in a order. Immediately received confirmation text of the order, shortly after another text confirming and said they will text when order is ready for pickup. Nothing from them until the next day canceling my order without explanation. Horrible first impression. Left waiting.

if you are going to be different and run your own site it needs to function better than the services everyone else uses. so far your site is crap!

went in for Drip BOGO, got 4 batters and everyone looks like they left them in the sun for hours, just a puddle. No batter texture

The staff is always friendly and knowledgeable. It's usually pretty easy to get in and out, especially if you do an online order. I have noticed some things not restocking lately but it's usually up on the site pretty quick after they do restock. My favorite dispo by far.

Came in 7/15 , Purchased $100 worth of product to receive double x2 on your order. Well Tru Infusion prepackaged eighths came short the Mimosa . It was not close to two grams and it’s supposed to be wan eighth. 3.5 …. So I guess that’s what I get for buying something I can’t see. Smh

As always, the folks here could not possibly be more helpful and friendly, and have somehow stepped it up during the current troubles. If you want hassle free and safe as possible, go here.

I was so happy when this location went in near my work. But the quality of the flower is horrible! I purchased numerous times from them and finally the last time I was there asked what they would recommend because I was getting no effects after a one-month T break. The top tier that was recommended was not even smokable. So disappointed. Nice people. Nice location. Lowest quality flower I have experienced. ☹️

Everything is great expect product is a bit old! harvest date was march 2021 and its September 2021. minor complaint but the fresher the better baby that's how us customers like to see it. 👍 everyone working here is friendly when you approach them with questions or remarks much love guys :)

There is an old saying about how first impressions are everything. You ladies nailed it! Staff was friendly and courteous from the moment I walked in the door. In back, the bud tenders were equally friendly and courteous. They answered several question that I had, clearly, concisely and correctly. They honored the advertised sale price on what I was buying and the quality was on par with what I expected for the strain that was purchased. This just goes to show that some people's review are pure crap. Businesses can make mistakes, especially in sales/service industry. Businesses can also improve, as is the case with this place. If I had believed the reviews written by other people, I would have never shopped here. My experience was so positive that I felt this place deserved a 5 star review. I will shop here again and will happily recommend this location to my friends. Bravo!

Budtenders are super friendly. They also don’t push certain product, just to moveProduct out. They’ll suggest what fits your needs.

I've been to this place 15 times now. Its a solid dispensary. Nice waiting room with bathrooms, im always in and out in 5 minutes. Pick up orders are fulfilled within minutes. Anytime there's been anything wrong with my order they've always hooked it up with some discounts. I forget his name, but the big guy there always takes care of everything I need with a smile and quickly. I've never once felt upsold or swayed to any one product. they seem to be taking covid seriously as well, their employees all had masks and gloves. Good on them!
