I was very happy to see this dispensary located in a strip mall rather than a military like industrial location. I parked right in front and was greeted by a very nice mature person who was a great initial impression. I was shown inside to the viewing room immediately where I was even more impressed by Eric. This young man is a wealth of knowledge and definitely an asset to the company as well. He took the time to explain what each of the number of the composition of the medicine means and how it would effect me. This helped me find the perfect medicine for my specific needs. All around 100% experience. Quality is incredible. Selection was fine Total of 12 varieties to choose from including Indica, Sativa and various Hybrids. Much better than some of the other dispensaries I have visited.Great job guys! Keep it up!

This place is a scam. They sold me a cartridge I was assured by the advisor would work for my pen but it is not compatable. I called and they hung up on me. Bad advice and hanging up on me sealed the deal. Will not shop here again

why would I go here and spend $5-20 more on 1/8s, when I can get the same exact strain somewhere else for less. example: blue dream $59 here but at another location it's $35... 37.93 just about after tax... Durban poison is another strain here it's $59 another place $35. harlequin here 45 another place also down the street actually but out the door 35... doesn't make any sense.. and that's on just those few strains just to name but if you really look other places have same strains at much lower price. the "tenders" or "atmosphere" does not justify the prices don't pride your self on that. my first few months of being a mmj patient I thought this place was great for quality and prices. I blame my self for spending a outrageous x amount of money there, but will not get my business at all.. DO YOUR RESEARCH BEFORE YOU GO HERE.

I appreciate the friendly atmosphere every time I go into Harvest, and their service for the past two years has been great, but sadly their service has gone down drastically this past year and now it’s worse this year for their med card holders. On top of that their house flower is a hit or miss. I’ve had the Lavender Jones about 4 different times in different time periods and one batch had actually been good. If it wasn’t for the friendly atmosphere and the veterans discount I would probably shy away to a different place. Overall I would rate 3/5.
Paid 65 plus tax for some low shelf quality weed. Maybe yall dont want customers to come back. But really yall sell us bad weed to keep us coming back. Yall cant pick a strain right now in yall shop to be like 1 blunt you are out. Nothing not even the 65 dollar crap yall selling. Stop selling fake vookies with low level testing...NOTICE NOBODY BUYING THAT COOKIES STUFF SO QUICK PEOPLE ARE WAKING UP TO THE TRAP

poor service employees dont know much about the menu not to add that they dont allow patients under 21 to go behind the counter seems a little immature were old enough to be patients but cant see our meds. plus meds are always dry and dont have a good smell to them i hope you guys change your ways and have better service to make Arizona look good in the medical field.

been here several times now, impressive variations, no pressure selection, and decent wait times for the amount of patients they serve.
However, the jar appeal hasn't been as strong lately and the suggested donations are just too high, I can't afford to keep going here. Not that it holds any real weight, but I have noticed over several visits that older patients are given much more respect, dialogue, and attention throughout their visit whereas younger patients are treated with a very "recreational" demeanor.
It can be somewhat alienating for a new user who is looking for the same quality of guidance as the patient next to them.

Don't buy the Pre-rolls. Everyone I've purchased RUNS so bad that you'll lose half the joint trying to keep it from ruining. Every one I've purchased has done this. I suggest typing it open and putting it in a pipe!

I've been to harvest quite a few times. none of which have I been very pleased with the selection of meds. some look good but smell weird. some smell great but look weird. the ONLY thing worth going here for is a 9 dollar joint. bring cash though if you don't wanna pay a card transaction fee

Today is going to be the last time I shop here. I’ve said that before but was in the area and figured I’d give it another shot. Last time I was there was a few months back, I waited in line for almost an hour while the bud tender was arguing with a patient about pricing and allotment, when I finally got to the counter I was snapped at and told there shift was over. Today I went in within 90 minutes of a text for a 2 day sale that was announced on select products. I was the patient in-front if me received the advertised 2 free gummy with cartridges, I was told they are all out. While checking out I noticed there was a package of said gummy edibles, I asked what about those which I was told those are probably going to be for display. So instead of helping the patient out they can advertise a product they can’t even sell because they are out of them. I’ve never had issues like this anywhere else I go. This place is good if your new to MMJ and need honest recommendations but for me I’ll stick to my other local options

Really bad customer service. This is quite literally the first job most of these people have ever had and it shows.
Good thing for rec users that they shaft medical users so hard at this location. You'll enjoy that part.

Medical patient turned away 15 mins before closing time bc worker said there are people in line “unsure what they want” and it’s taking a long time and that they are unable to take me and shut the door in my face. Never using any harvest location again. Unreal service, 0/10

For one, it is very small and parking is limited. Two, they have a small selection of dank flower. And three, they never answer their phone or return calls. Not good.

This place is very rude and disrespectful. Especially management! I definitely won’t be back To spend another dime after the way I was treated here. Territory and oasis has better deals and people anyway. Do yourself a favor and don’t come here.

I bought 7 prerolls. 5 last week, 2 today. 2 out of the 5 From last week canoed and ran down the side. It was whatever I thought. I went in today to buy 2 more and the Sirius Lemon Sherb canoed and ran down the side and turned off half way and I was not able to smoke it anymore. Literally 3/4 of the joint went to waste. I called harvest and they kept saying you can’t return burnt weed? I never asked for a return. I was asking for a replacement since the meds dispensed didn’t even give me the medicinal effects due to the way they burned. I don’t even want to smoke the Lemonade Medillin preroll I have left now. They leave you feeling robbed after what you buy doesn’t even burn right and then they don’t want to replace it. So harvest lost a patient over a $15 replacement. GOOD JOB.

Got home and had very dry flower with some big stems. Very disappointed!!!!! The guy assisting me highly recommended it too. I think that flower is past its "Use By " date to be most effective. Some dispensaries nearby have BIG specials for every day of the week which helps my budget.

I received an e-mail from this dispensary advertising five strains for $6 a gram. I went there three hours later only to find printed signs stating there were only three strains at that price. When I asked the budtender why, she stated that they ran out of the other two strains the day before. When I told her that I had just received the e-mail that day, she doubted that was possible.

First time patient. Attempts to voice concerns experienced during a visit in April via available company avenues have been repeatedly ignored. Emails sent via their corporate page go unanswered. You will be just a number to this dispensary. I have not returned since and left all of my new patient discounts on the table, unused. There is an unacceptable lack of customer service as concerns go unanswered. There is no formal return policy structure posted on their corporate website nor is it covered during new patient "orientation". Would not recommend this dispensary to anyone and will tell everyone I know my full experience there. Will update this post with more details when health & time permits.
You will also notice, unlike other reputable businesses that stand by their quality, they do not respond to complaints in public either. For now, buyer beware.

Had a bad experiance with their by an oz save 18%. Drive all the way from east mesa. I was after some sour d I figured ok 320 oz plus 18% off I can do that.... Get there and they tell me the 18% is already included in the price I asked him to show me where it says that on the website and he couldnt. Anyways very misleading wound up paying 50 for a 8th. Disapointed
