Placed order on Friday with a couple of the deals included when I picked up on Saturday apparently my order was not ready as stuff that I got an email for said my order was complete but yet when I got there they told me they were out of a couple items and when I paid I did not get any deals awarded to me on products I ordered on special

Curbside pickup was awesome as always. The workers are super great and always go above and beyond.

Ordered online, super fast and easy. Received text messages updates when my order was ready. Extremely easy. Sometimes they are out of what is on the website so you may have to choose something else.

I ordered 3 - $25 cartridges online and the total came to about $87 on Leafly. When I got there, my total was over $120 dollars. WTF??? I was told that the special was four for $99, but not $25 each like it said online. I ended up buying a fourth cartridge bringing my total DOWN to $115. STILL I wasn't prepared to spend that much. Not too happy, but I'll be back.

Horrible down to the employees , there curb side pick up is a joke if you want to go in 60 deep into a closet and wait one by one ☝️ go for it. Curb side ha same thing as store Contradicts the whole purpose and you wait outside hours in - lol 😂 mini want to get it right “ dispensary pretty disappointed also they don’t tell you when out of stock on online order and ripped me off on a product forgot quantity was 2 not one ! Hopefully some tips off reef and planet 51 might just be successful and have happy customers !

Friendly helpful staff. Easy fast transaction. Maybe took 10-15 mins standing in line after ordering online and waiting for confirmation. My go to dispensary with decent prices.

JACK was awesome! Thank you for your excellent customer service!!! Used curbside service and very impressed with efficiency. My only recommendation/preference is that Higher Love stock more potent flower. Especially Indica. Moving from Colorado to the "Northland" area I REALLY miss the quality from Colorado growers. I'm not throwing any shade at Michigan growers the flower up here is great. And I'm very grateful to be able to buy legally.
