Quick and easy with online order. Friendly staff. Efficient and good at what they do. Must stop when your in town.

Friendly helpful staff. Easy fast transaction. Maybe took 10-15 mins standing in line after ordering online and waiting for confirmation. My go to dispensary with decent prices.

Been to the Ironwood location a few times now. They have friendly helpful staff. They are busy so expect a wait. They do offer curbside pickup which cuts the wait, just order online and they will text you when to pick up.

I was in a few months ago, many of products that were online were out of stock. The products online can be misleading whether it’s a stativa product or indica. I purchased cartridges that stated they were stativa to only find out they were in fact indica. This can have an horrible impact on the older generation who rely on the specific strains. It also affects me because I need a stativa to run my business, take care of my kids, and home. I can’t trust to make an online order cuz ya never know if the product details are correct, or if it’s actually in stock. The bud room is so tiny, the products are spread throughout the bud room so you can’t specifically see what’s in stock without bothering other customers. This is huge for me, I have anxiety along with many others and to have to move around people to see what’s in the glass makes me just wanna leave. Each register should have one of each product in the case so each customer can see it right in front of them without getting in each others way. I would have maxed out and spent 3-400 more the other day but there was no room to move. Not to mention the bud tender I had wasn’t talkative or helpful in any way. When I ordered my carts, I told him I needed some gummies and the bud tender behind him said “yes you do!” In a rude manner. So I picked a couple more items that were in the case in front of me and left. At this point I might just drive the extra 2.15 to houghton and go to NSH and the Fire station. The products may be a little more spendy but the environment is so much better.

Awesome pick up order

When I’m told my online order is ready for pick up why does it take so long for them to come back out with it? Are they putting the order together after already telling you it’s ready?

3rd trip to One Love dispensary in Ironwood Michigan. The quality is excellent, the quantity is spot on and the service is excellent. Highly recommend!!!!!!!!

Excellent customer service.

This is my third time receiving less than quality flower. If half of 7 grams is shake, that is unacceptable. Pick up took 20+min at the door. In and out multiple times. If I pre-order in the morning and pick up in the afternoon I expect not to wait 20+ min to retrieve said order. Also even pick up bud tenders need to have knowledge and understanding of product.

It was pretty busy and quite a bit of a wait to get into the bud room, so I went with Express Pick-Up instead. Took around an hour from when I placed my order to when it was ready - no big deal, I expected this since it was busy. The woman who did my order was really friendly and didn’t mind changing something for me last minute. I have nothing bad to say about the place, though finding parking can be a bit of a pain.

JACK was awesome! Thank you for your excellent customer service!!! Used curbside service and very impressed with efficiency. My only recommendation/preference is that Higher Love stock more potent flower. Especially Indica. Moving from Colorado to the "Northland" area I REALLY miss the quality from Colorado growers. I'm not throwing any shade at Michigan growers the flower up here is great. And I'm very grateful to be able to buy legally.

Rob, my dude, you made the end of a wonderful wonderful vacation that much better. Not to mention I was told Michigan was one of the strictest for miss mary, oh how it was a treat to learn the opposite & fulfill a wish to shop at a dispensary. Take care until next time

The wait is insane. 2 plus hours daily. 45 minutes waiting if you already have an order. The one male running is suuuuuper rude to costumers. (Not myself.) I would even go here but it's the closest to my location the nearest being 2 hours farther.

I'm done with the Higher Love in Ironwood MI. I ordered 2 vape carts on Saturday morning and it's noon SUNDAY and I still haven't been able to get them. I've gone to pick up my order 3 times in 2 days, to no avail. It is nearly impossible to get a parking spot, let alone a curbside delivery spot. I'm not standing in a 3 hour wait line, outside in the rain, for 2 vape carts. They refuse to deliver to a vehicle that's not in an UNCLEARLY marked curbside spot (in which the signs have been covered with black bags), even if it's just a space over! What's the harm in servicing the next car over when the parking lot is so small?? Or two cars over?There's "literally nothing we can do"...although they could LITERALLY make a choice to service anyone they want while bringing in more revenue for the company, keeping the parking lot flowing and making customers happy to ensure repeat business. So with Rize opening up soon and the great delivery service from The Fire Station...and even better curbside & customer service from other establishments in the U.P., I feel that Higher Love will be losing a lot of business and money. Their discriminatory employees may not care, but guaranteed their bosses will.

I ordered online and it was ready super fast, my only complaint is that I ordered the Churro chocolate bar and got something else. Same brand and cost, but wrong flavor. However, I love this place. Overall it is always a great experience. Zavi is the best budtender!!!

The employees are very friendly and the service is overall good. If there's a wait then normally the number is right on time. 😁
