Check your order before you leave they missed one thing on my order

Maddie was a huge help everytime I have been in and extremely informative.

I was shorted an item without notification. Was not charged but do not live real close. So it is inconvenient. The confirmations are taking longer, the lines are getting longer. The gentleman helping was great. I order online and was waiting at pick-up when he opened the drive-up so I quickly moved. Only because I knew what was happening. Otherwise looking at a good 45 minute wait at express? Pick-up.

Wonderful store! Great people. Great atmosphere. Great concentrates.

My receipt said a 1st visit Ottowa Penney pre-roll was included. There was no extra in my bag.

I was still charged the full price for my 8th even though the deal said 22$. I also checked multiple times too. It's good but when my total on the Leafly/higher love site tells me something different, what is the point in having deals of they don't give the price of the deal. I come here multiple times a week.

I've been here quite a few times at first no complaints! Now the last 2 times I've gone I've been very displeased with my product being almost all shake. Paying top dollar I'd expect good buds not shit that's full of just stems. I understand you get to the bottom and that's what's left but maybe it should be discounted or sold as shake.I will no longer do the online ordering since I can't see what is being put in my bag or container. Also everytime I go there I want to get the same that I got last time and it's NEVER there again it seems.. lemon cherry gelato is the best bud I've had and would love if it came back!!!

I think I am what you would call a “frequent flier” and every time I go the staff is always super friendly. I will say that as someone who lives somewhat locally I do pick and choose the day/time I go because through no fault of their own they are usually busy at the best of times and bat crap crazy the rest of the time. I pretty much always pre order and wait in the pick up line. Sometimes it’s 5 minutes. Sometimes there is 20 people in line in front of me and it’s an hour. Not their fault they are currently the only game in town. They do the best they can, don’t go there with a time limit and be chill and you’ll get your turn.

Hope they put some funds into outer building maintenance. Staff was quick and courteous. Amazingly not that busy when I drove up.

I ordered online and it was ready super fast, my only complaint is that I ordered the Churro chocolate bar and got something else. Same brand and cost, but wrong flavor. However, I love this place. Overall it is always a great experience. Zavi is the best budtender!!!

I wanna express how thankful I am. they honored a mistake that was on the website... I'm a very frequent visitor at higher love. I was one of the 1st people in ironwood to visit the dispensary a 100 times.. Thank you again for the kindness that you show me... And of course you know, you'll see me again! 🙂

I am always happy to go! Don’t get me wrong, but I waited a long time… and the order I put in was not the order I got and I was never told that my order had changed. I understand that you guys are working very hard to meet the demands of so many so I’m automatically forgiving but please try to collaborate with Leafly in maybe setting up a real time order portal where a request can be made by your team to either switch or removed the product.

Be prepared for a 3 hour wait time if u are going to the location to look for yourself. Not nearly as busy during the week, suggest going them of you can.
