Higher Love - Ironwood (REC)

I wish I could say I had a good experience. I placed an online order at 10am and drove the 45 minutes to get there. Upon arrival, there was a line literally to the street and the parking lot was completely full. I had not received my confirmation that my order was filled so my wife and I went for lunch. Long story short, 5 hours went by before I was informed that some of the items in my order were no longer available and I had to choose something else. I do understand that it was a holiday weekend and the shop was busy but I just don’t think this location is suited for the volume of customers. I had to go home empty handed because my dogs were home for 6 hours.. my advice is to call first to determine how long the current wait time is because we did not have the luxury of waiting 5+ hours for our order.

I absolutely loved every second even when the wait was lonnnggg. Thank you for all you do!! And the guy working the door with the most gorgeous blue eyes (I’m sorry, Jake, was it? Jack?) either way, he was so helpful and let me tell you those eyes are the most striking blue ever 🥰

I look forward to my monthly trip to this location. it starts with the amazing check in lady. always so fun and personable. I will wait the extra time to have aubrie as our budtender every time. we have similar smoking habits and she has never steered me or mine wrong. she's extremely knowledgeable and if for some reason she doesn't know fully, she will Make sure she learns right there with you. aubrie pays attention and listens to us and fills our order upon our needs and requests. the whole staff at that location is fun to be around and even though another dispensary just opened up down the street, I just can't get away from higher love

Jack is always awesome on curbside. But if he is not available Kristen is also very good.

jack is the best ! I swear I hope he gets a raise because he definitely has the best attitude ! He’s always so friendly and kind every time I come I don’t do this but I’m writing this review because he deserves it

Shopping online here to skip the long in-store waits is convenient but usually a broader selection of products and better service is available in-store. Also, be prepared for out of stocks and substitute products for items you order online. They apparently fill orders when you arrive for pick up, not at time of order.

I love the ability to order online and come and pick it up. It would be helpful if you allowed the senior discount to be applied at time of order entry.

We ordered on line and it took 4 hours to fill. I understand they were very busy. A heads up on the wait time would have helped being we have never been here. We will drive further into Michigan . It’s better than Walgreens parking lot!

On Friday 9/2/2022 I ordered 2 Wana Exotic Yuzu 2:1 Gummies. The daily deal was buy 2 get 1 for a penny. My total came to $41.97. When I came to pick up my order was $56.67. I understand the $3.50 for using a debit card however even with the senior discount I ended up paying for the 3rd Wana gummie Please correct Thank you Rita Light I have already recommended this place to 2 friends who have already purchased.
