Absolutely love this dispensary! Every single employee there is respectful and knowledgeable! HIGHLY RECOMMEND this joint!! No pun intended lol!!

The employees are very friendly and the service is overall good. If there's a wait then normally the number is right on time. 😁

We shopped here twice during our UP vacation and found all the staff very welcoming and personable. The choices are a bit overwhelming (in a good way!!) and the budtenders were great listeners and took as much time as we needed to answer questions. The recommendations were spot-on and the products are very reasonably priced; we are very pleased! A shout out to Brian! Nice guy and very helpful! We’ll be back next year.

The website doesn’t really match up to what products they have I picked a cured resin flower and 4 pre rolls for $3.00/ea the cured resin flower was not what I expected I had to get an $80 dab pen and I didn’t get the pre rolls they didn’t tell me anything about the order being shortened

As a connoisseur and strict temp controlled vaporizer, I had no expectations on my first arrival. First time was so-so, the wait can be up to an hour to hour and a half at maximum. On Wax Wednesdays for instance, the out of state traffic is abysmal and often there is only 1 or 2 free open parking spaces. My main complaint is pricing and inadequate reading... I've been in one week bought a Rosin at $22 grams, and it turned out the next week it was accidentally mislabeled internally at higher love and was actually supposed to cost $50 plus tax per gram. The other thing is terrible pricing for cartridges... When the gram carts at other dispensaries of Binske products cost $15 and $10 for a half gram at Dispo Romeo, its odd paying $30 and $23 for a half gram. Also, pricing on bulk is pointless. Compared to other dispensaries, i.e. Lume, the pricing is vastly more expensive at Higher Love. I would love to see things change as the rec scene and med scene has changed a lot in Michigan. Bottom Line, if anyone can make the drive to just about any other dispensary if its near them, I highly recommend it. If you are trapped and driving hours to Ironwood, and unable to shop elsewhere... This is the store for you.

I am 73 years old and I needed energy. The representatives knew exactly what I needed and helped me find just the right choice. I have so much energy now because these people understand their products. That is 90 percent part of the battle. I use gummies. I wish there was a tea out on the market for older people to steep all day, and enjoy the warmth of the product.

The new express options are VERY disappointing. Only pre packaged buds and they are always super dry. The PLAY hash infused carts are fake and I highly suggest getting rid of them before more people catch on. I’m glad I had rewards and only wasted 40 bucks. Never shopping there again and I’ve spent thousands. Rize is the BEST!

I've shopped at Crystal Falls Marquette and Ironwood if you're coming from Minnesota it's worth going the extra distance to Crystal Falls better deals and less people
