This was my 2nd time here... 1st time using the pre-order pick up and it was fast and easy!! It took about half an hour after I ordered that I received message that it was ready for pick up!! ❤️ I was very impressed with the bud tenders attention and how they were in no hurry.... they listen to me and answer my questions about products!!

Love this place..very friendly and yeah there can be a wait but there is always people there and they are trying their best to get to everyone some people just have no patience or understand what its like dealing with a lot of customers at once and think everything should be about them...You guys do an awesome job and Kimberly is definitely one of my favorite she does a great job and is always smiling and friendly...

Ordered online, super fast and easy. Received text messages updates when my order was ready. Extremely easy. Sometimes they are out of what is on the website so you may have to choose something else.

I always have a great experience here. But today, shout out to Rob who helped us with our curbside pick up today! He had some great recommendations for some product. It’s always nice to hear real feedback from an employee. Very friendly and welcoming. Need more employees like him. He’s truly into his job and it shows! Rob needs a raise 😆

Came from Green Bay and placed an order before I left so I could just pick it up when I got in town! I ordered a 3 pack of pre-rolls and a single pre-roll. It was honestly a smooth transaction going the “order online” route. Wait time wasn’t bad at all! My only bleh moment was after I got home and opened the bag, I only got 1 of the 2 things I ordered! Tho I didn’t pay for both, I was just under the impression that if I ordered online, that’s what I’m going to get lol. Nothing was mentioned when I picked up my order so I had no clue, would’ve probably taken a replacement if the pre-roll I ordered was sold for whatever reason before I got there! Will just remember for next time to just go in and buy instead of ordering! Just wanna guarantee I get what I’m asking for!

Everyone is super friendly and helpful. Love all the budtenders, haven't been disappointed by any of their recommendations yet. Wait is long but worth it.

We were in the pick up parking spot for maybe only 2 minutes on a Sunday after placing the online order. Jack was super friendly and quickly got our things. I would definitely recommend Higher Love!

I absolutely love how they started curbside pick up!!! It was awesome. I was in and out in 5 minutes without even getting out of my car!!! Service is awesome as always!! Great job higher love of ironwood, mi. A++++

It's crazy slow! It's my only complaint.

Horrible down to the employees , there curb side pick up is a joke if you want to go in 60 deep into a closet and wait one by one ☝️ go for it. Curb side ha same thing as store Contradicts the whole purpose and you wait outside hours in - lol 😂 mini want to get it right “ dispensary pretty disappointed also they don’t tell you when out of stock on online order and ripped me off on a product forgot quantity was 2 not one ! Hopefully some tips off reef and planet 51 might just be successful and have happy customers !

I am amazed by the customer service, quality of products and the zen atmosphere! I had an issue with my order and boy, they were hot on it and were amazingly flexible and just oustanding!!!

Update to my review a few posts back. I found my driver's liscense. It wasn't lost or not returned to me at the dispensary, but somehow it ended up on the floor of my car. I also decided that the subsitution they gave me is quite good, athough I likely won't buy it again and they should notify you when subsituting for something they are out of (especially when the subsitution is more expense than the original order). In any case, I did want to update my review to make it known that they were in the clear about my missing liscense. My bad.

Terrible service Terrible parking system and waited 45 mins to cancel order not from the area didn't want to wait anymore went else and everything was way better
