I love the set up.. fast easy, polite & helpful people.. prices are comparable.. not much to complain about.. ✊🏽💯

On 4/16/24 I purchased an eight of Rythm, brownie scout flower. When I opened it up it was just two nugs so I weighed it. The total weight of flower was only 2.5 grams. My scale is accurate and properly calibrated. I verified this several times. Being short a gram on an eight is crazy. I never even had a plug short me that bad in over 20 years. Anyways, I reached out to housing works about this. Their reply was basically since the container was sealed it’s not their problem. They passed along the email for RYTHM cannabis which is owned by Green Thumb Industries (GTI). Rythm did not respond to several emails I sent them. Regardless, the fact housing works refused to take any responsibility is simply appalling. What other business would that work in? If I bought a bottle of champagne and found that it was only two thirds full, do you think the wine shop would go, not my problem, take it up with Moët. Weed is more per ounce than most caviars. If I was missing 33% of Sevruga, do you think any shop would go not my problem, take it up with the fish. I want to continue to support housing works because of the work they do in the city but there’s just no way. My advice, go any other licensed dispensary. DO NOT GO TO HOUSING WORKS, they rip you off.

Pretty quick, their menu is online and usually updated. I like the staff and the building is nicely decorated. Very knowledgeable staff with recommendations.

staff was short with me and was not helpful, did not try the bud yet but i did not feel listened to and i am not sure if this recommendation will work for me because of that

Housing Works is great. I'm happy shopping here that my money is supporting a longstanding community-oriented non-profit. Everyone who works at the dispensary is super friendly (been coming here since the first week of legal sales), and it looks like theyre committed and putting in the work to making it a more enjoyable (and aesthetically pleasing) shopping experience. But tbh, knowing HW is not a for-profit business, I kind of appreciate that it's pretty no-frills, I know the money is going elsewhere. I recommend everyone go here. The prices are right, the people are nice, and you're supporting at-risk New Yorkers!

Beware they are operating a false advertising scam!. They advertise lower prices online then charger double in the store, it’s a classic bait and switch scam. They were advertising a Dutch Treat Pax pod 1 gram for $44.23 online then tried to charge me $88 for it in store and they would not honor the price that they advertised online. Total scam! I also left a review on google and the owners made a for show only repose to save face which just added insult to injury. They left an email and asked me to contact them promising to rectify the situation when I attempted to contact them they just ignored me, no response at all. By the way is a violation NYC consumer protection laws not to honor any advertised price
