Jamaica Joel's is the dispensary for the people. Locally owned and operated, we are located in the heart of downtown Eugene, Oregon in the historic Kennel Ellis building on 13th and Willamette. Come visit us seven days a week 8am-10pm and take advantage of a different discount each day, including 15% off for all first time purchasers, students, and veterans. And don't forget to bring in non-perishable food items, clothes, blankets, shoes, etc. for us to drop off at the Eugene Mission each week to receive 20% off your purchase that day!
