I was disappointed only once. I love Jars, the atmosphere and staff are great from the security and check in to the knowledgeable retail team. I had placed an order on 3/13 with a scheduled pickup for the next day. I didn’t see anywhere that said I had to pick it up that day to receive the prices at time of order, I could’ve missed it, but the prices were not honored. Had I known I would’ve made sure to get there on 3/13. Many places don’t even allow for future scheduled pickups. Luckily I had a credit banked and more cash on me. It was still disappointing and left me upset at my favorite weed dealer for a bit. I’ll remember in the future that prices are only valid for same day pickup.

Kristiana was my budtender, she was very helpful. Only thing was the music was very loud and couldn’t hear what Kristiana was saying.

I always go to this location. They always have everything I need. Veronica along with all the other bud tenders are fast, friendly, and it's just overall a great store environment l've noticed. Great customer service for sure. They definitely know what they doing here.
