Lotus Gardens - Illinois Escape
Lotus Gardens - Illinois Escape
About this product
Wake and bakers rejoice. Bedford Grow has set Illinois ablaze with yet another fantastic high-energy sativa. Escape is a cross of Amnesia Sour Diesel and Amnesia Sour Diesel F2. Evident immediately upon opening the jar, terpinolene is by far the dominant terpene. What is more remarkable is that there are active levels of 15 other terpenes, with ocimene, myrcene, caryophyllene, limonene, and phellandrene all leading the way. The backup band here was everything. All the pine and hops and floral notes that sat underneath the terpinolene made Escape smell like lemon scented dryer sheets. What an alarming contrast to all the diesel and chem flavors that Bedford Grow is known for. Escape smelled dainty and perfume like, almost artificially sweet, with just a hint of sharp diesel in the back. Escape’s delicate citrus scents explode into gas when combusted. Think of the fragrance as Dr. Jekyll and the smoke as Mr. Hyde. It got very gassy very fast with rich pungent diesel with lemon and spices in the back. It was surprisingly smooth, like a much gassier Jack Herer. I also found that a little Escape went a long way in terms of effects. The cerebral engagement and increased level of focus were immediate. I wanted to get up and do something every time I smoked, no matter how tired I was or what time of day. But it was also surprisingly balanced. A significant sense of well being and anxiety reduction was maintained even though my focus and desire to engage in something physical had increased exponentially.
