I love Kindleaf and I will always give it a five star review. However, while I appreciate their practice of limiting exposure to the coronavirus through online ordering, I did not see a warning on their website saying that they were doing so. My partner and I live in La Grande, OR and it would have been nice to know that before we made the trip. We would have ordered before hand so it would of been ready when we got there. I suppose we should have called instead of assuming it would be business as usual. Oh well, now we know.
My only criticism here is please put a banner or something on the homepage so people are kept informed.
People were very friendly and knowledgeable. No one was panicky or adding to any anxiety I'm feeling. The staff is just as friendly and patient as they always have been :) Keep being friendly and amazing Kindleaf!!
Had an amazing experience! It was my first time there and they made me feel welcome starting off with their receptionist Veronica, she greeted me right away and was very nice and let me know about the deals they had going on. Unfortunately, I do not remember my budtenders name, but he was also awesome and very very helpful and patient.
The staff at kindleaf are always so nice and helpful. I don’t think I’ve ever had a bad experience there. The store itself is pretty clean (especially in times like these) and organized.
Never ceases to impress. Kind, quality staff in a welcoming, clean atmosphere. Leafly delivery is super easy and convenient as well. Best dispensary experience every time. 🙏🏻
I live in the Tri Cities of Washington and I'm always finding myself wanting to try what Oregon has to offer. Kind Leaf is certainly my go to spot for price point and quality of product. The pickup window is way too easy. Shoutout to ashleigh, or it may have been amber, at the pickup window. One of their employees got the wrong item and ashleigh had to go weigh out the right product. I had to wait a little over 5 minutes which wasn't too bad. But ashleigh completely made up for the mishap by giving me a free grinder which she did not have to do! Greatly appreciated, and now Kind Leaf is in my top 5 dispensaries for customer service on the entire west coast of the USA. Shoutout to Vito as well, inspiring how helpful and motivated he is.
Such a welcoming atmosphere with beautiful smiles and friendly conversations. Wonderful selections on concentrates in addition to the best variety of flower anywhere, not to mention the cute signs and awesome gifts! I love this place!
My all time favorite location! Kindest employees who are knowledgeable in what they sell and always kind. I drive 30 minutes to this location every time I am in need. They have the biggest selection of all things weed and have always been extremely helpful when I’m not completely sure of what I’m looking for. And now they have mobile ordering and a pickup window and even threw in a discount for those who use the service.
