Piatella is fresh frozen bubble hash, of the highest quality, preserved and cured with extra care and attention. With cold temperatures and drastically limited exposure to air, the rosin in Piatella is both preserved and enhanced. Any cannabis product that’s left to cure in the open air is prone to rapid oxidation, a natural process that both degrades terpene and cannabinoid content and darkens the resin. While varying degrees of oxidation are inevitable over time, less oxidation is always the goal. Piatella is so special in part because of the cold-curing process that is carefully cured without exposure to oxygen, allowing the terpenes and cannabinoids to evolve and mature gracefully.
