Always greeted by a courteous well knowledgeable staff. Access from street sucks but the staff and products make it very worthwhile.

Hate coming to this location they always bring me down with the rude service sucks they were the only location with what I wanted

not bad place found good strains but only thing is cant take weed back if I find seeds in it. As in Og collective i can take it back for a new container if i find seeds.

They have a great selection of products with a high cbd percentage.

In the past I have enjoyed my purchases from live well. I’ve had a couple of great experiences with a couple of the ladies that work there. This past Friday I went in late afternoon, helped by the make bud tender. I always buy top shelf, at $18 a gram I don’t want minuscule particles smaller than the size of a pencil eraser. When I looked at the container it was hard to see because everything was stuck together. I saw some big buds but what I ended up with was particles none larger than a thumbnail and the smallest being smaller than 1/2 of a pencil eraser. It is the job of the bud tender to make sure their customer doesn’t get crumbs, it is the job of the dispensary manager to make sure the purchasing agent doesn’t buy crumbs and then pass those high prices along to the customer. I am also a grower, many years. I would be embarrassed as a grower to sell such small particles to anyone, but even more so at a top shelf price. I will probably not purchase any more flower produced by Focus North.

sad to see so many have had some negative experiences at this dispensary. I have always had positive experiences here. The staff who wait me are always very nice and helpful with any questions I have. To my knowledge no one has been rude or skimped me out on my orders. I like this spot cause of the good deals, especially if you can't afford to buy from the top shelf. good spot to go to.

On multiple occasions I have had issues with pricing as I am a medical marijuana patient. They tend to charge recreational prices for medical patients, and when you point that out to them they tell you you're wrong the computer does it and it's obvious that it's not being done you're charging me $80 for a product that says it's $80 recreational and they told me in order to get it changed I need to leave reviews and what's enough reviews are left maybe they'll do something about it so I'm just letting all medical patients know live well though it has great products is charging you recreational prices be careful people

If you like bait and switch this is the store for you. They advertised a 36.21% thc cannabis online but what they gave me was a half ounce of 20%. Their fix? A very small 15% discount on my next purchase. Like I would ever go back. I need a place I can trust and that's not livewell.
