Drug convictions make it very difficult to be hired for work—they stain one's record—and they disproportionately affect people of low-income and people of color. As a business now able to benefit from the legal sale of cannabis, we feel it is our responsibility to support communities and individuals who have been disproportionately impacted by the war on drugs.
