INGREDIENTS When it comes to ingredients, you will quickly learn that, at Fern Valley Farms, more is not necessarily better. Instead, we include only the essential ingredients required to make our CBD oils (aka tinctures) potent and effective in their delivery. Consequently, our ingredient list is simple enough to memorize! Here is the full list of ingredients in our Pet CBD Oil: Natural Full-Spectrum CBD Hemp Extract – all of the cannabinoids in this CBD oil are carefully extracted from hemp plants grown organically on our own farm Salmon Oil – it is full of soothing properties as well as promoting healthy skin and eyes and supporting brain health (plus cats and dogs love the flavor!) Tocopherol – not only loaded with Vitamin E, this organic compound also supports muscles and nerves, prevents blood clots, and supports the immune system DIRECTIONS Due to the smaller size, pets do not need as much CBD as their human friends. Consequently, we recommend serving your pet by the drop instead of entire droppers. When preparing a dose for your pet, please follow these simple directions: Shake the CBD oil bottle thoroughly before opening it. Squeeze and release the rubber bulb to fill the dropper. Carefully squeeze the dropper so it releases one drop at a time. Stop after sufficient drops have been expressed from the dropper. Apply to food or give orally. Provide once or twice daily. Because our pets vary greatly in size, so should the dosages of this Pet CBD Oil. The next section offers you dosage guidelines based on the weight of your pet. QUANTITY AND DOSING Each bottle of this Pet CBD Oil (1000mg) contains 1 fluid ounce (approx. 30 ml) of hemp extract. Below is a summary of the quantity and dosage recommendations for this Pet CBD Oil (1000mg): Each bottle contains 30ml Each drop of oil contains 1mg of CBD RECOMMENDED DOSAGES Please use the following chart to determine the appropriate dosage for your pet (based upon weight): 5 to 10 pounds – not recommended (try our 250mg Pet CBD Oil instead) 10 to 30 pounds – 1 to 3 drops (1mg to 3mg) 30 to 50 pounds – 3 to 5 drops (3mg to 5mg) 50 to 70 pounds – 5 to 7 drops (5mg to 7mg) 70 to 90 pounds – 7 to 9 drops (7mg to 9mg) 90 to 110 pounds – 9 to 11 drops (9mg to 11mg) Over 110 pounds – 1 drop (1mg) per 10 pounds Please note that these are general guidelines; by starting with 1mg per 10 pounds of pet weight, you can better gauge the effect and response from your pet. Look for your pet to be in less discomfort, to walk more comfortably, and to rest and sleep easier. Give your pet doses depending upon its own needs. A typical schedule for many pet owners includes dosages for both morning and evening.
