Mushroom Cake has an earthy, umami-meets-cakey scent. Our head of sales described it as “like a birthday cake of magic mushrooms you stored in a sock drawer.” We don’t let him write copy anymore, since maybe that’s a bit TOO descriptive. The flavor is almost the polar opposite – pastry-like with smooth, slightly sweet vapor.
