Wont be returning The last few times I’ve came I’ve had the same budtender who has the most shitty customer service I have ever experienced . I have never been told that I have to get out of line and wait at the end of line again after waiting for 10mins in line because I wanted to get another item other than the one that I already picked . He told me that me doing any modifications or changes to a pre-order that he didn’t even fill until I was at the register would be me cutting in line and I will have to go to the end of the line all I wanted to do was get a second eighth of what I already had because online gave me several options but once I got into the store there was only one strain available so I decided to get a second 8th and was told that I would have to get out of line and submit a new pre-order and wait just to get another eighth even though the store is completely empty

Smh still false advertising. Kmart of dispensaries!

They are Very accommodating they allow me to do a curbside pick up because I’m high risk. I appreciate their service. Unfortunately They have been out of Lotus shatter for three days and they’re still doing seven for 100 special without anything in stock it’s very confusing and disappointing

always been my go-to dispensary till recently, giving it a try again today.

I actually use to like this location but lately all the flower I’ve been getting from them has been EXTREMELY DRY. I just left from up there and bought an 8th of Black Banana GMO and as soon as I touched a bud it crumbled and turned into dust. This is unacceptable! Y’all gotta do better!!!!

I came in today and yesterday and I have to say, that Jessica the receptionist working up front with long hair is awesome! She made sure my first time visit was Great and even went over all the deals and such with me. This was my first time here and she let me know of a bogo deal and that’s Awesome!. was so patient and very sweet. Also very knowledgeable about different products. She’ll definitely be my go to gal when i come in again! Budtenders in back were also very helpful and the service was super fast! Definitely recommend to everyone!

They don’t care about there paying customer. They will cheat you any chance they get Especially Heather the floor supervisor. They GM thinks their incentives are free. We pay for that! You gave me a sh**t cart! House brand that didn’t work and refused to exchange. Call them and tell them “we come because of the incentive” but you don’t stand behind them! I wish I could give 0 stars. Worst dispensary in town. Never any parking

It was my 1st at this location, Carrie helped me out she’s very knowledgeable about the products and very sweet. I’d highly recommend anyone to go see her. This is my new favorite dispensary!!

Whitney was amazing !!!! I was a first time Paige to and I told her what I wanted and she took great care of me …. There was another lady from Chicago who was also very helpful !!!!!! They have great discounts and the energy is amazing !!!!!

More then two different occasions I’ve drove here for “deals” you have posted up, and then when I show up you don’t have the deals? You’re company looks bad for having deals that you don’t honor !!! Maybe your “manager” should update your deals so you don’t loose customers.

This was my first time……. I was treated really poorly idk what nirvana stands for but I was discriminated on based on where I’m from and what I look like I was making my orders online like everyone else does and they lied and told my my order wasn’t there as I went back to my car I reordered it online as I have social anxiety 😟 that’s why I like the self check out window not any more……… I went to the window a second time 😨 and they dude confirmed my order but said I can’t get it at the window and told me he didn’t know why I thought it was the app buggin but I tried a third time after getting a Slushy but went inside and the security gaurd treated me different then he treated everyone else… so the environment was very onsafe feeling and scared because they where trying to size me up basically bully me because how I looked 😭 I have social anxiety and it was my first time there I felt very uncomfortable an anxious being there.

Jordan was absolutely amazing and super insightful.

I don’t leave reviews often but Shannon and Ashley we’re both such cool people to me and made the experience way better than most other dispensaries are able to. It’s worth the long drive cause the weed is great and the people are even better. 10/10.

Worst loyalty system ever. Don't be fooled by the incentives, you will need to spend $1000+ just to get $10 off! That's only 1% back. Other dispensaries are doing 5% and some even 10%. Shop around, loyalty points add up and it's worth it to find a dispo with a good loyalty program.

These guys are the best. Quality smoke, great deals always, largest variety in Tempe, excellent service all the time. My go to from now on. THANK YOU!!!
