They just let people stand in line smoking cigs all the smoke and ash and garbage smell just pours over the people in line.

this place never honors the orders u place with em. 2nd time this has happened on my edibles. they confirmed my order on both occasions. 1st time they gave my order away & promised me they would fix it but still nothing. now today as I was heading over to I called to make sure they had. NOPE they said they dont have when I got a confirmation# from them. I place my orders because I'm busy with work all day & edibles are the only way I can medicate my chronic back & hip pain. this place is getting fucking ridiculous now. they need a staff who actually do their jobs.

Payton is a expert at helping with the correct marijuana, I have Lupus SLE, fibromyalgia, and a t12 vertebrae fracture. Payton gave me exactly what I needed, because pain level is flared at a 15 out of 0. Makayla she is amazing welcoming me at the front desk. The manager Taylor is just the BEST EVER.

Cool inside.. wish their service was better. I went here earlier In the day to buy a cart, and it wasn’t working when I try to hit it. Tried different pens and everything.. didn’t work. I come here at 8:00PM and they say they are CLOSED.. didn’t even let me TRY to change my cartridge, it literally just turned 8PM. Was turned down and have to return another day.. I live all the way out on the west side (Goodyear) so having to make the drive back and being rejected.. smh. I’m not one to complain but really? I was just trying to get my malfunctioning cartridge back into your hands for an even exchange. Smh x2

Stopped in for their BOBO Shango 1/8. The young lady with visible arms and wrist tattoos and dark hair , small statue, (mistakenly) wink wink shorted me a couple of eighth's as I was watching her scan and put the purchases in my bag. Once I said something, she had a funny, but almost surprised, angry, look on her face, and said (oh it must have fell on the floor). I Love the cashier she was amazing, I would giver 5 stars and him 0 so I went sort of middle ground. But the budtender was a moron! I don’t know if he thought I was stupid or he was stupid. I’ve been smoking for over 20+ years so let’s be honest. I know what I’m talking about so when I ask you if it’s a sativa hybrid or Indica and you tell me it’s a sativa and it’s a hybrid or you tell me it’s a hybrid and it’s Indica that’s a problem. Then he told me one of the strains was at least 15-17% And it was 12% big difference. I overlooked the fact that they don’t have medical as I was already there and I figured they’d have good budtenders, but they didn’t. Again, the cashier was a rockstar; really liked her! I also felt really rushed! Like my budtender just wanted to get me out asap.

I went in today to pick up my online order, which was two Jeter carts. Got to the car and noticed I was missing one. Had to come back inside. Waited another 15 minutes to get it corrected. Didn’t get an apology. Nothing just here you go you guys really need to change the attitudes and the vibe in this place this isn’t the first time I’ve had something like this happen. Your guises customer service is so so bad here, I think I’m just gonna start going somewhere else now I’ve had enough

So they have this shake in a pouch it doesn’t even say it’s shake online it’s called this old pouch very disappointed it’s just a pouch full of the brownest flower I have ever seen I’m just letting everyone know don’t buy the pouches modified grapes looked like flower that has been sitting for like 6 years

This brand new Cookies store is fully stocked. Surely they will run out of items since it is grand opening day. They have all of the cookie flowers that Los Angeles has. They are a recreational store so no med card is required. Anybody anywhere in Arizona smoking other mids needs to get their s*** together and pull up to the Cookies store. This store is the business. Congratulations Berner on another successful grand opening.

Placed an online order, get there and there is nowhere to park. Not parking across the street. Going to Jars instead. Customers should get $10 discount everytime they have to park across the street.

Will never shop here again it’s a shame they took away their east valley location and put it way in Tempe aka cookies very bad choice.

I went there today to pick up my order and the dispo wasn’t serving med patients any more just rec patients In my many years of going to nirvana since they have opened I always went there for quality and the respect they treat their med patients with I love this place but it’s a shame to say goodbye the entire reason for a medical card is because I need it for pain or issues I face that marijuana can relieve it seems like a cheap cop out to not help those who real need it based on profit margins but that’s my opinion 🤷🏾

Want to commend Nirvana Tempe, for doing the best they could, with remodeling, and not being able to allow customers inside...transactions took place in parking lot this morning. Wait was a little long, and being an old lady, that has used pot since 1967, I felt a little out of place, and honestly a little scared, with having to display cash to a wide variety of people. But got home, and very happy with extras they had given me. This area a little sketch most times, but have felt safe and wecomed inside. Young thc users can be a little clickish, but thanks to myself and other 'old people' you are able to enjoy the 'fruits' of our labors. Be respectful!!!

My experience with bud tender Tanner was pleasant. However to be told you don’t have a medical license is beyond embarrassing. Since when do medical patients not matter anymore. Pathetic management. Should be embarrassed to be an establishment. I shouldn’t have to pay $20 extra because you are cheap skates and won’t buy a license. Pathetic and sad

Worst dispensary. Terrible management and the prices are NEVER what is shown when placing your order always way more expensive than anticipated. Will spend my money at more honest dispensaries this place is a joke.

Just walked out of the pickup line, honestly on a scale of 1 to 10 customer service.. that was easily a 12!! The budtender genuinely asked while pulling up my order, "how was your day?". Actually wasn't the best and I kinda hinted that.. bro went above and beyond, and hooked it up!! Big SHOUTOUT to him, and just from the smell and taste of the new strand, definitely a come up. Once again walked in having a bad time, walked out stoked on life again lol

Been here so many times. Great deals but it's the slowest dispensary I've ever been to by far and the vibe is toxically chill and since the change from Nirvana to Cookies they picked up some very rude staff.
