Never been here before, but this security wands you and pat searches everybody. Went there cause it was day after Christmas and they were open before 12pm. I feel like a criminal going here, they have these security officers looking like military. Really great way to kill a vibe, i will patiently wait for other places to open. Lost these 2 customers before they could even walk through the doors.

Place is a Sham, employees are clueless. Don’t plan on going if you are a medical patient either, one big cash crop..

These guys think there time is more valuble than yours. They will waste your time and even lie to you. Ill stick to trumed they do it right.

I don’t leave reviews often but Shannon and Ashley we’re both such cool people to me and made the experience way better than most other dispensaries are able to. It’s worth the long drive cause the weed is great and the people are even better. 10/10.

Went today during the grand opening and it’s a great location and the vibes were there just be ready to be rushed out of there and not be cared for as a patient. Definitely will never go back to this location ever again. I asked what other specials there were I should take advantage of and he told me about some carts and after I found out wasn’t a special but my ftp deal. After figuring that this also the first time I’ve been told I wasn’t allowed to save it, I had to use it or loose it. I asked if the special was indica or sativa dominat cause I get horrible headaches with sativa, I was told it was indica. Lol. When I got home I found out it was Sativa. I would definitely not recommend their new location. Side note: AJ location never had this issue and they all are so caring

I loved Tempe Nirvana but now that Cookies has taken over and they don’t give any sort of discount for medical card it will be my last trip. I guess this is the trend, the money is in rec and the med patients pay the price.

Was told I was getting a free pre roll (I don’t even smoke flower) and got charged 5$ didn’t check receipt till I got home

This Tempe location is great they always have good deals and online ordering is quick and easy. Ask for Malyk, and he will definitely hook you up with quality medicine

They don’t care about there paying customer. They will cheat you any chance they get Especially Heather the floor supervisor. They GM thinks their incentives are free. We pay for that! You gave me a sh**t cart! House brand that didn’t work and refused to exchange. Call them and tell them “we come because of the incentive” but you don’t stand behind them! I wish I could give 0 stars. Worst dispensary in town. Never any parking

Site says it was updated 22mins ago and still has the strains they told me were sold out listed as in stock. Someone isnt doing their job.

Please Have a sit down with Jeremy about his customer service and being too high to work at work or something. He literally took longer than any of the people I usually deal with here. Also, his short answers and lack of knowledge about deals and pricing. He was too busy trying to check his fellow employees instead of helping me. I will be back but I will request next time not to get him. This is the second time I have had this guy as my bud tender the first time I just wanted to leave.

Honestly this dispensary used to be great but lately my experiences have been less than pleasant and it’s sad given how it used to be. Multiple times in the past month I’ve ordered something that when getting to store ends up being totally different and or a different price. This morning was ruined by this happening yet again forcing me to get product I didn’t want because I didn’t have time to go anywhere else… always always extremely busy.

Waited in 100 degrees heat for 45 minutes in the supposed to be quick online pick up! No concern for medical patients at this place. Need a medical only line.

the atmosphere of healing is felt as you walk through the door. I recently moved back to the valley and am very happy that Nirvana has expanded East!! See you soon.
