Slowest dispensary experience I've ever had .especially since I'm a new patient to the place. Yikes.

This place feels like home every time I walk in. Whether it’s after a long day at work or visit visit because I’m in severe pain from health issues this Nirvana location serves me for who I am not what I put in their cash register. They are there when I need them to be Johnny on the spot with my pick up order and they are so calm and patient when I need just a little more time making my selections because I’m on a budget and I’m out of work right now because I’m sick and on a surgery waiting list. Whatever the case may be for me on the day I walk into the Tempe nirvana location they are there for me not just as a patient but as someone I can confide in. After being in pain all night last night I went in this morning and Anzell picked out the best cart for me in the Indica selection! It help my pain so fast and so intense that I decided to write this highly recommending review. I was born on 4/20 so when I come to Nirvana I don’t come to play! I want the strongest for the less amount of money. This really surprised me as I’m usually not a fan of liquid gold cartridges. But as I said I am on a budget right now. Really surprise me. Thank you man I appreciate you! What an awesome bud tender you are! The rest of the bud tenders there are pretty cool too and they all know me by name.🙂 I love this place.♥️

Honestly this dispensary used to be great but lately my experiences have been less than pleasant and it’s sad given how it used to be. Multiple times in the past month I’ve ordered something that when getting to store ends up being totally different and or a different price. This morning was ruined by this happening yet again forcing me to get product I didn’t want because I didn’t have time to go anywhere else… always always extremely busy.

Waited in 100 degrees heat for 45 minutes in the supposed to be quick online pick up! No concern for medical patients at this place. Need a medical only line.

This place is as close to cali as I’ve seen here in Tempe period! Love this place highly recommended friendly knowledgeable staff super cool folks! My go to spot

I would like to sit in a complaint on the manager Jessica because I have continuously asked her to review my resume and she said she’s gonna get back to me I directly emailed her on her business so I don’t appreciate their customer service either there is someone else that help me when I was there that tried to say it was my fault because I decided to change my order on a pick up order. That they incorrectly did. At any customer service I did customer service myself Circle K fast food like customer service is supposed to make the customer happy not your satisfactory because you work there. But alright🗑🗑🗑🗑🗑🗑🗑🗣🤷🏽‍♀️

Okay well what can I say ... I have been PROMISING to do a review for this dispensary for awhile now so I feel with all this quarantine I have nothing but time... so... ABSOLUTLEY AMAZING DEALS ONE OF THE BEST LIKE SERIOUSLY IM CONSTANTLY HAVING TO CHOOSE BETWEEN LIKE 4 DISPENSARIES WITHIN MY AREA UNLESS I CHOOSE TO DRIVE ...EVEN WITH DELIVERY... BUT I CHOOSE TO DRIVE HERE BECAUSE IDK WHERE YALL ARE FROM BUT RESPECT, UPLIFTING ENVIRONMENTS, AND KNOWLEDGEABLE STAFF MEMBERS ARE ALSO VERY IMPORTANT ASSETS TO HAVE WITHIN ANY ESTABLISHMENT AND LETS BE HONEST TEMPE NIRVANA IS BY FAR THE BEST DISPENSARY IN THE ENTIRE EAST VALLEY! They are always over staffed with plenty of HELP! FAST, FUN AND ALL AROUND UPLIFTING VIBES. I have been in the worst mood and feeling so low just to walk out of there with a complete 180° mood change. Never judgemental or negative towards me and with awesome daily deals you're sure to find what you want and affordable too. It's a very awesome experience visit them if you haven't take advantage of the FTP DEALS! Really that's all I am trying to say... thank you for your time sorry I rambled on but the establishment and team as a while truly deserve the credit! Received email today for dutchies 2 for $30 when I arrived I was told that was not a deal. Showed them the email they would not honor it. Sounds like a good old bait and switch. No correction email or nothing to show the customer they made a “mistake”. Bad promotion team as this is not the first time they don’t honor a deal they advertised.

I love nirvana ! Never had a bad experience here. The bud tenders are always super nice & helpful when I go in. You can’t beat their $60 half oz and daily deals.

Nirvana is honestly my favorite dispo in Tempe hands-down! They always have the best deals and flower strains in town!

You guys need to label your product a lot better, preordered a half oz of papaya OG and it was all shake(like dust) horrible didn’t even say it was shake

the atmosphere is amazing BUT they never have any good flower except their 320 oz price I'm sorry but that's ridiculous for the price when u can go down the street and get stuff for half the cost and way better. Also I come in at 8am in the first thing and they never have shatter for their shatter sale. Why have a shatter deal if u cant provide the shatter and if not they switch what ur special is on. I'm done with this place over priced for cbd weed and never have what u looking for.

Never been here before, but this security wands you and pat searches everybody. Went there cause it was day after Christmas and they were open before 12pm. I feel like a criminal going here, they have these security officers looking like military. Really great way to kill a vibe, i will patiently wait for other places to open. Lost these 2 customers before they could even walk through the doors.
