One of the products I ordered wouldn't scan so I had to wait while it was "inventoried". Once it went through the system I had to wait again because the cashier didn't have enough change for me in the register. She handed another cashier 100 dollars to make change from a different register. This 2nd cashier quickly forgot what he was doing and began assisting another customer. After asking if there was somebody else that could get change, I was made to feel as if I was being unreasonable and was scolded by a third employee whom appeared to be on their lunch break as they were holding a to-go box of Mexican food. Usually great service but left much to be desired this time.

It’s overrated and overpriced for their crappie flower. The Budtender had no knowledge of the products and no clue of the current promotions. Plus they don’t honor medical patients. It sucks there. I won’t be returning ever.

First, you guys don’t take marijuana cards anymore so I have to pay full price. I’ve tried to order Indica four times and I always get sativa or hybrid. It’s cheaper for sativa to grow, so that’s probably why they don’t have any. Kind of ripping me off and not giving me any Indica. Highbred is not Indica. I have pains and stuff like that in highbred doesn’t do that and I don’t think they understand that if I’m wrong, write a review.

I loved Tempe Nirvana but now that Cookies has taken over and they don’t give any sort of discount for medical card it will be my last trip. I guess this is the trend, the money is in rec and the med patients pay the price.

Worst dispensary I have ever been to… the employees have zero idea what Customer Service. Their product is not even worth dealing with their shitty employees. I would literally give them zero stars, but I’m forced to give them one. not even a convenient location and the worst Customer Service I have ever received. I will never return to a cookies location anywhere.

I ordered the Chemberry 1/2 oz deal and its advertising at24% but its only 20% thc. It had no smell. It smoked horribly and im mad i bought it. Also I have never gotten low quality from Cookies dispo since it’s been open so im furious. It was my last $50.

I have been to this store four times, and tipped 3/4 of those times. Not once have I heard a “thank you”. Disappointing and leaves a bad taste in my mouth, makes me not want to come back.

the customer service here is horrible. Be careful ordering online they like to switch the products and not tell you. then when you say something, they have the nerve to have an attitude about it.

This place never disappoints. top-notch business.
