Some of these strains may even return to our menu. ------------- While the kush female in this cross, Deadhead OG, contributes a long-lasting body high and an abbreviated flowering time, this phenotype is dominated by its male parent, Tom Hill Haze. Originally sourced from Sam the Skunkman’s stock by Tom Hill himself, the legendary Tom Hill Haze strain has established itself as a mainstay among cannabis breeders and gardeners since the 1990’s. A well-respected grower and breeder in the NorCal region who has been working with the cannabis plant for decades, Tom Hill specializes in the preservation of pure lines and offers seeds and hybrids of heritage cannabis varieties. Our phenotype of Deadhead OG x Tom Hill Haze is a towering plant with a tremendous growth rate. She can double the size of other plants in the same amount of vegetative time. Buds stack and form significant colas, requiring considerable support. Complex smells of haze are ever-present, maybe best described as an herbaceous ammonia. The herbs and tea leaves meld with a slight lemony citrus and eventually give way to a hardwood floor cleaner aroma of bleach. As to be expected, an uptick in energy and increased mood are commonly felt when consuming this variety.
