 With a STATE issued MMIC card (different from the traditional doctors recommendation we are used to), you are tax exempt from sales and use tax, but still have to pay 4% tax or 12.25% all together.

STATE issued MMIC cards are not common. They are not standard Medical Recommendations.

New customers can submit there information (Government I.D., as well as address for delivery) through one of our online ordering outlets.
