my bud at the cashier was great I was in and out which was great.

Some staff members are very nice, on their busy days not so much, but I get it, being that busy would frustrate anyone. What I don’t understand is their sale prices and quantity. A lot of the time their “sales” are just regular priced items minus the tax. Go ahead and advertise the sale, but stop saying these items were a certain dollar amount higher than usual, they’re not. I bought 2 for $60 Aeriz carts, which isn’t a deal bc that’s how much they regularly are anywhere else. That doesn’t upset me, what upsets me is that I get to my house, open my bag, and discover these aren’t .5 cartridges, more like .25 because they were halfway gone!!! With that being said, they should of costed $15, because I received .25 of a gram, not .5! After this experience and getting dud edibles beforehand, I’m probably not going to come back to this dispensary for a while. I need time to regain trust and accept the fact that this dispensary isn’t as good as others.

Alright so I come to this place all the time because it’s literally down the street from where I live. It’s super convenient for me and the online system is legit. But how you gonna raise the prices all of sudden on us medical patients ?! I usually get some nectar farms but I see they are now like $55 an eighth before tax . So that’s a $5 increase why would I pay that amount ? I will be shopping somewhere else going forward NO WAY am I going to pay that amount that’s ludacris ! Y’all treating medical patients like we are recreational folks . I’m taking my hundreds of dollars I spend each month somewhere else until the price goes back to $50 an eighth

Long time patient here, they now treat their patients or customers like SH**. No benefit for being a loyal consumer. All the good budtenders who treated us oatients with respect seem to have gone (there are still a few I like but most just want to push you in n out w no product education. (probably because they treat their employees AND patients like trash and don't even try to hide it, witnessed this multiple times). I prefer to be educated about my meds, I know they get bust so I try to keep my questions short n simple.. There are Always rude customers or patients threatening staff or other patients while the security on site just stands there and doesn't do anything. I'll take my money elsewhere where I feel safe and respected. This place is not it. Go an extra few miles to downtown, glendale, or Tempe dispos and avoid the inconvenience of watching staff and other patients be bullied and the utter terrible selection this place has to offer! No decent flower less than $50-65 an 1/8th!!! 👎👎👎🦨🗑

Haven't been in here for a while so it was an absolute treat to see Missy still working here! You won't forget her if she helps you; she's the cute little redhead who is kind, friendly, & most importantly she's helpful AF! The dispensary has a decent amount of options for medicine, they were out of some items but that happens everywhere. I did online ordering via their website & they had my order ready to go in less than 20 minutes! I've been a repeat customer for years & I'll continue to get my medicine here, they're *that* good & it's all due to the excellent staff. Highly recommend!

PRC is always the fastest, easiest, hassle-free experience every single time. I’m a huge fan of their (and Leafly) online services. Everyone is sleeping on them BOGOs they got there. Every day they have specials, we’ll worth the time! Please try this place out, I promise you won’t be disappointed!

Wish I could give them zero stars this is the worst dispensary in the valley. Their selection is horrible and their customer service is equal if not worse

I'm an avid reader of reviews everywhere I go and I saw the great reviews here but always got helped by one of the chicks. They never impressed me much because if you're not a dude they don't care about actually helping you, just shoving the most expensive bud in your hands and rushin you out the doors. I get it, gotta "work" for those tips, but some of us tip regardless of whats in your pants for good and INFORMED service. Well today Ryan helped me and this guy really lives up to his reviews. He gave me a ton of information about my chpices and he took his time and listened to what I was looking for. Thanks to him I got some bud that is exactly what I was looking for and right in the price range I wanted to spend. Yall blessed to have him working here. Consider retraining the majority of your.....staff.....on what "customer service" is. Hint hint its not acting "cute" or "sweet" for tips.

Hands down one of the worst dispensaries in AZ. Quality is horrible for price. No reward points for loyal customers. Hours of operation very. Even though they are right across the street from me I will travel else where. Only good thing I can say is. Never mind cant think of anything at the moment

I love the dispensary every time I go there they always have the best weed the atmosphere is always good they treat you good and always got good deals I find like they better than a lot of dispensaries in Arizona and I continue to go all the time and the best
