Ponderosa Dispensary - Glendale

Closest dispensary to where I live. So have been coming to Ponderosa since they opened. Always reliable to have a decent 8th for decent price even if no specials at this time. I’m a little worried when recreational starts here it will be way more busier. I don’t come as much because of the huge lines. So I just order online as much as possible when I do come.

Excellent quality flower, but too bad they know it, because their prices are a joke. They used to have good top shelf flower specials on Mondays and Wednesdays, but they've gotten greedy and started listing mid-shelf strains.

Went searching for a new spot after the dispensary I frequented for 7 years did away with the mask requirement. Great customer service and staff that actually seems to want to quickly help you. I'll definately be returning.

loved the selection of flower and how clean the shop was. my bud tender was nice and got me back super fast, but I was kind of shopping by smell alone due to the greeness of the staff. still got some great strains though from his recommendations! good gift was fantastic! thank you for a great first visit.

This was a wonderful place to come to. Normally when I’m in a dispensary I feel uncomfortable like everyone is looking at me but Xochitl made me feel so comfortable and she explained everything so thoroughly I had absolutely no questions. I would come back just to see Xochitl!!

First visit, got my first time special. They carry the strain I like. Perfect. Second visit, I received a text Strain on special, perfect so I thought. The guy tells me it's on special but it's not the same grower but same name. Not ok. I wanted exactly what I ordered. Not some knock off. Third visit ordered online, they give me indica instead of sativa, they're stuff was mislabeled. Not ok. Then I call to explain only to have them only willing to fix the issue if I bring back the items. Not ok. Germs not ok. Be careful you dont know what you're getting here.

They deducted more from my allotment than what was actually purchased. Because of this issue I cannot purchase anything until my allotment is replenshed.. very disappointed.

great place, great products....but everyone else has specials going on but this dispensary. They say weekly deals will come back once the leaders terminate this virus....um it isn't going anywhere any time soon. So I guess no deals till a vaccine comes out😳. I'll shop their again once this virus gets "terminated ". For now I'll go else where, where they do have daily deals.

I used to love this location. No doubt the best tasting flower in town. However, I spend quite a bit, and last time I came in, I had to use the bathroom, AND BAD. I travel to come here. I was refused a bathroom, and told to use one at Kohl’s or Target. If I’m not mistaken, you are required to have a bathroom??, Why on earth would you send anyone to someone else’s store bathroom Smh. This can’t even be right.;Especially when you are a “medical facility” treating sick people. The manager that day was rude, and I can tell you I am far more put together; so when a sloppy girl tells me I can’t use the restroom🤷‍♀️. Moving on ..

The service was great but your way too over priced to your medical patients plus your flower was completely dry 😢

Love Ponderosa picked up some Kush Mints my favorite strain and was not disappointed. Love the people here always pleasant and willing to help. Ponderosa is just a dope place to get bomb flower I quit looking elsewhere trying to find better strains because it never happen's. Happy Halloween everyone I hope you have a crazy fun day. Great meds. Negative attitude from budtender:Raymond. Horrible. It was my 1st visit. He wasn't to friendly. He was real short with answering my questions❓Bad customer service for a 1st visit. He got upset when I was asking things about the discount; then went to having negativity. Will return back to try again but with a different bud tender. 4SHOW. Then got mad at my daughter questions. Then upon coming to the front to get another patient. He felt like he needed my daughter to hear about the notes he putting in her account. Since my daughter didn't want to be helped by him. If it's possible I can give him NO STARS.

It's nice an close to my local and I have been really impressed with the flower and the staffs knowledge has been on point! I saw Garrett last week for some Grease Monkey and Greatful Dead. Today I was helped out by Randy an Whitney scooped up on some Greatful breath and sunset sherbet! @bfrosty81 aka Frosty aka the FrostaRasta on IG gives this place a "Highly RecomMendO"! Jah Bless! Visited Ponderosa Releaf for the first time on 11/14/2017 and was budtended by the BEST Budtender I have ever legitimately had. Upon entering, I was greeted by Chelsea , (Not quite sure if the spelling) and was immediately given a tour of the shop. When I asked about concentrates, Chelsea was very thorough and helpful in explaining the different kinds of concentrates, and which kinds would be good for me. After a couple of minutes, we finally decided that I was going to try something Solventless— so we walk over to the counter where she shows me a few of the POM Syringes. While I already had the two strains picked out in my head, Chelsea again made an AWESOME recommendation to try the Jillybean... and it was FANTASTIC. I love Ponderosa Releaf, and most of all, their awesome budtender, Chelsea. If you aren’t a manager yet, you need to be! You ROCK! Buds are decent but the online ordering is a joke! They let people add to orders and look at other merchandise while at the window to pick up their order, which makes the line run crazy slow! Some days it’s faster to go into the back then to express window! The staff is hit or miss some are really friendly and others seem like they are mad they have to be there! But overall it’s like all the other dispensaries in town all about that dollar and not quality and customer service!!!

their oils and cartridges are too flavored. tastes like perfume, yuck
