Fayth is a really good bud tender. Shout out for the recommendations on flower and helping me find something that will hold me off till your next runtz drop. The manager is super awesome too and helped me last time! Absolutely love this dispensary and I’m lucky my first time trying runtz was from here.

I've come here several times in the past! Now that I've moved pretty far away, I don't get a chance to travel to this side of town too often... But when I did today, I was pleasantly surprised with the quality of the product! But most of all if I could give Seven Stars on service, I would! Delaney was the most amazing budtender! because today was double points, she advised me that if I was to close out my purchase I would be able to get free product with the points that I acquired today!!! That is customer service

Found this place years ago on happy accident. Has been one of my favorite med stops since. Always fresh flower and every day something good on sale.

Service people in front need to focus on customer not playing around with each other messing up the order of the line. I walked in for a express order. They told me to wait as they were full at the window. While I’m waiting they proceeded to skip me in line for walk in orders. Not other express orders...walk in orders. I ordered 40 min before this. I had to say ummm yo what order are you going in? I got a rude “sorry your next” from Victoria up front. It wasn’t even busy! Five or so people in the lobby! FOCUS ON CUSTOMERS!!!!

Had an issue with my leafily account which resulted in my order being cancelled. Needless to say I had to start over once at dispensary. Unfortunately what I ordered wasn't available. The budtender did his best to show empathy, however it came off as what it was FAKE, COLD AND CARELESS. I called back and spoke with a manager. THANK GOODNESS for him. I gave this visit 3 stars for his helpfulness in explaining the situation and he took as long as it was needed. I hung up feeling a lot better about what has happened. Why the 3 stars because I'm not a dispensary hopper. I find one or two that I like and their meds are good I stick with them, I'm loyal so much that I've cashed in my points a couple times, I spent $$ and being on a fixed income you cherish and value good meds at a good price which is why this went from a scathing no stars and not referring them anymore review to 3 stars. That's how wonderful of a job the manager did by explaining the situation. Thank You again for your professionalism and care to take time to clarify and solve the situation.
