Ok, I've been coming here for almost 2 months now and it is always the best! I'm absolutely in love with their Canamo Concentrates line. Customer service is amazing; you always get smiles and a friendly greeting from everyone there. From the security guard and the people working the front desk to the budtenders in back and those that handle the pickup windows. Speaking of pickup, Ponderosa always gets my Leafly orders done quickly and picking up from the window is a ridiculously easy process.

Great place to get your medicine. They have a fast express line. This location also has the best customer service I have experienced. Their staff is super friendly and very knowledgeable. if you haven't already been I highly recommend. For flower I suggest their Greatful Dead and for cartridges Tru Infusion is always my go to. Their flavot taste like what it says.

Staff inside was awesome especially my budtender, I can't remember her name but she was awesome. Security staff is a little special.
