This is by far my favorite dispensary I have been to. The service is always friendly while still being genuine. The setup allows you to browse with ease & the bud prices are unbeatable!!

This was my first time at this shop, and took advantage of a 4/20 deal when you ordered online, and did curbside pick up. Left with my order, and when I reviewed my order, it wasn't correct, and had to turn around back to the shop. They included some gummies, instead of 1g of concentrate that I ordered. Spent some time in the store while they figured out what happened, then started grab some flower to give me. I had to remind them again, that I ordered 1g of concentrate. I was trying to save some time by ordering online, and this trip took way longer than it needed to be.

Love the unique clean design of this place. The employees are all smiles and welcoming. Not the typical look of a dispensary and product display makes getting your medicine easy and fun. Loved the girly stuff! Will be back.

Excellent service and quality, best delivery in OR ! No. 1

I purchased an ounce of Dread Bread at $150. This was the biggest waste of money. High is so-so, not much. By volume it was small and water weight is what makes that, don't want to pay for water. Dry buds please. Taste is funky. Won't buy again. Found an ounce of Ghost Train Haze for $60 at another place that has big buds, pleasant taste and smell, good volume almost fills the container. Don't think I will use this place again, feel like I was cheated.

The bud tender was extremely friendly and helpful. She made my experience 100% amazing, I’ll definitely be shopping here again as well as recommending it to anyone that’s looking for a excellent experience while shopping!

Budtender Natalie recommended Purple Hindu Kush to offer help with P.T.S.D. and getting some rest at night, she was right on with her recommendations. Also she secured very nice medical pricing on ounces too. Then Natalie offered the epitome of her excellent customer service by delivering the Purple Hind Kush to our door. Preserve Oregon's delivery is the way to go for these unsafe times.

I'd rate Preserve 6 stars if I could! Wonderful shop with a very modern atmosphere. Employees are wonderful, great products, wide selection. The flowers Preserve has are some of the best I've seen and smoked in the valley!

This place used to be super awesome and really geared toward medical patients but customer service and knowledge has gone way! down lately... And then there is always so shuck and jive with promos and discounts... they never apply and vary depending which person you talk and it doesn’t matter if you have printed promo-“oh not that day but this one or not that but this” ... then be precise on your printed materials!... it’s so hard to even go in these days (anxiety) but I imagine I’m not the target demographic.

My first visit in was a wonderful experience. Nathalie was very personable happy to tell me about my different options. She made my shopping experience easy and enjoyable. Definitely looking forward to my next visit!

My husband and I have bought joints from here and BOTH times we asked them to make sure they were all there, we get home and there’s no joint in the container. Super upsetting. Won’t be going here again. Be careful that you have the actual product in the container when buying! we wasted $10 on a joint that had no joint in it.
