I love this place. The vibes, the light, the people. Every time I come in I ask the dumbest questions. And yet they are always kind and patient. I’ve ordered delivery a few times. They are always great in this category also.

The customer service and quality of products are exceptional. I know I will get any questions I have answered, and will walk out satisfied with my purchase. I have been coming here since they opened and highly recommend them to everyone needing cannabis products.

My husband and I have bought joints from here and BOTH times we asked them to make sure they were all there, we get home and there’s no joint in the container. Super upsetting. Won’t be going here again. Be careful that you have the actual product in the container when buying! we wasted $10 on a joint that had no joint in it.

This place used to be super awesome and really geared toward medical patients but customer service and knowledge has gone way! down lately... And then there is always so shuck and jive with promos and discounts... they never apply and vary depending which person you talk and it doesn’t matter if you have printed promo-“oh not that day but this one or not that but this” ... then be precise on your printed materials!... it’s so hard to even go in these days (anxiety) but I imagine I’m not the target demographic.

New to town. Aubrey & the rest of the staff were super helpful. Having just moved from CO & WA, they explained new procedures, and Aubrey made sure that I left w/ just the strand I wanted. I will be back.

I am very happy that Preserve has delivery. What a pleasure to have your buddies show up - I look forward to visiting Preserve soon, but this week I really needed delivery. Thank you.

Beautiful store! Classy, not overwhelming. They have a nano syrup I bought the 500mg, blackberry *indica. I really liked it, didn’t render me useless lol. Light-fluffy, happy & even got a little organizational a good energy. It was my first time in store, the woman who helped me was so knowledgeable &helpful very nice person, my receipt says Erica. I’ll definitely be back for the nano syrup for sure!

Second time in so review is for both times but this place is the best! After other places have gone down hill with consistency and staffing this has got to be most consistent with the top! Natalie I met for the first time today and she was super dope, very much appreciate the help and getting me signed up! Will be back ASAP. Definitely glad I finally made my way in🔥💯

Was quoted by budtender on the strain I wanted it was $90, asked again and she said that was correct. When I get to pay, they tried to charge me $130. I let them know I was in a hurry but it took 12 mins to complete transaction. Lots of other better choices in the area. Clean store.

This crew is killing it at making everyone safe during this time. Great weed and Indy was rad. Cheers

Awesome service, good weed and great prices. But delivery option takes the cake. I’m handicapped and so, this is a fantastic option

Overall still love this place, been coming here for years. Budtenders are passionate and patient. Only complaint is how inconsistently they ring up discounts and flower. A POS with itemized readout during checkout would relieve so much stress. Quite often discounts aren't applied properly and I'm overcharged, other times I get undercharged. They're cool about fixing it but it happens way too often and sometimes I don't notice til I get home. What should be a quick stop turns into an awkwardly long wait. The worst part is if you buy flower and they weigh it out heavy, they sometimes charge you extra and don't mention it til you need to pay. So suddenly that $40 eighth is now $41.83 and they act like that's the price it always has been. I've even had them try to charge me for .05 over. It's ridiculous, if I ask for an eighth, I wanna pay the eighth price. Either weigh it out exact or adjust your POS system to allow for a margin of error. I doubt the scales are accurate enough to warrant charging people for hundredths of a gram anyways.
