Wow! Hidden Jem! Don't let the outward appearance of the plaza it's in fool you! They know their stuff here, I suffer from anxiety and depression. Coe (I think that's her name) explained to me what Cbd is and how it can help me, I'll defiantly be back regularly . Lindsey also hooked it up with some puddletown swag just for being friendly. Love your hair btw!

I stopped in on a whim and was very happy with what I found! Good quality, decent selection, and a free gram and pre-roll to boot. The staff was super friendly and helpful. I'll be returning. :)

this is my number one go to dispensaries.. they have so much to choose from and the staff is very patient and knowledgeable. even has private exit so you don't exit back out into the traffic of the lobby..

First time customer today. The staff was very friendly and easy to talk to. There concentrate selection was fantastic so many different types to choose from. Grabbed an 1/8 of super silver haze while I was in and these meds are top notch for sure! Already planning my next trip in.

Always good deals wish there was more flower with THC and CBD with out going to out door just good old bud with a CBD Kick that I need but love puddle town always a good go to

What you want? Is that it? Was my bud tender interaction. Got four quarters. One was fire, ones was good, one smelled like a campfire and one smelled lime ammonia. Threw the last two out. Don’t see a reason to go back.

I live in Sandy and work in Gresham but I drive down to 82nd to get my concentrates. Friendly and knowledgable people work there and I will keep driving down there because it's worth it.

Am very upset with the service. I know there are post for no returns but I was trying to exchange a non working CBD cartridge that never work in my battery. Not for money or a different cartridge but for the same product. I go to this shop for two reason. 1. My husband and I were your very first recreational at midnight the day it became legal and have been loyal customers sense. 2. Your almost always great service and fun atmosphere I am very disappointed as don't leave in this area of Portland anymore and it is a 20 min drive to your shop and the shop near my home when I don't have time to drive to your shop always gives me a receipt and tells me that if anything wrong with my cartridge to please bring it back. The guy working the front desk told just to empty it in to something else or use some other way. So in order to use the cartridge I have already paid for I have to spend more money; really that is your advice! I get that the Manufacturer is not taking back product due to covid but what your really saying to your customers is that your store is so hard up that it will not even replace faulty cartridges. If you were your own customer how would you feel.

Only thing I don’t like about the shop. Some of the staff always act extra weird when it comes to the Runtz like they don’t want to sale it. Maybe Keeping it for they selfs🤦🏽‍♂️🤷🏾‍♂️ Idk

Always has a large variety of quality buds on hand. Very friendly and helpful. Can get in and get what you want very quickly.

Puddletown is the only dispensary I go to. The staff there is always helpful and friendly, and they always have a great selection of products. Highly recommended!
