Arrived 10 minutes after order was ready for pick up, waited outside in line for 45 minutes. I've checked in ahead of some ppl yet they got called in b4 me....worst pick up ever!
I highly recommend releaf. The prices are great and the service is top notch. Moose was an insane help to me. He had forgot to put a free battery in my bag, and even went as far as calling me to let me know he put it on the side with my name on it for next time I come in. That’s above and beyond customer service for a free battery!
Did not weigh correctly and was rushed out when asked if they could weigh my product after I told them of my past experience staff was not helpful staff member was very rude and dismissive.
Releaf is by far one of the best dispensaries in Baltimore . The atmosphere is great , as well as the awesome customer service from Brian to Sam all the bud trenders are very respectable & polite . If this is your first time shopping at a dispensary I would definitely recommend Releaf .
