Love the menu selection and staff! Curb side pick up is best during this time!

Web Page and search function are useless. Does not indicate if item searched for is available or not. Just says nothing, and that communicates nothing. Cannot trust search to find varieties that match the chosen filters. Phone call gets an intro of who you are, address, hours...bla bal...Takes forever to get to sales person. VERY POOR DESIGN that lacks all awareness of customer priorities. Once you reach a sales person, they will really try to help you, so the people in the store are working to please, but the technical framework is among the worst examples of online stores.

I am doing ratings all over the place! So in addition to my previous rating of Remedy and the wonderful AROD I also met Katie bug! Well I will be calling her Katie bug she is adorable and so sweet. Very helpful in helping me get the most medicine for what o could afford! She’s great!

I enjoyed the budtender (got stoned and forget his name lol. I ended up leaving with more than I though I could buy with the discount. I will definitely go back. This product is amazing as well. Perfect all together.

I live 45 mins south but make the trip once every week or two because the quality and service are the best if any dispensary in MD that I have visited. One suggestion - educate both male and female staff on female issues such as severe menstrual periods, endometriosis, menopause etc so they are able to make recommendations. I came in one day needing a strain that helps with cramps and no one had a clue what to recommend

Remedy is my favorite place and they have some very knowledgeable persons such as AROD and Rachael very sweet people I truly love them!

Amazing music, amazing service. Got a cbd dog treat for my furry friend and great customer service from my buddy Arod!! Would definitely recommend.

I like Remedy, it’s a nice big open space, not congested. I feel very comfortable in there and safe. I kind of like how strict they are and I like where they’re located. It’s kind of offset in location and you’ll probably never see people staying around hanging out.

This dispensary is exemplary in the state of Maryland during the COVID-19 pandemic. Their curbside service is well organized with caring staff. They truly care for each and everyone of their patients. Call ahead and ask for a quick advising or schedule online for a video conference advising! They also have daily deals that you get through text every morning. Thankful to live in this state and nearby Columbia to have access to a leading dispensary!

This is the fourth Maryland dispensary I’ve been to and it just may be my fav. Everyone I came into contact with was super nice, even other customers. I will definitely frequent Remedy Columbia again!

Staff are very friendly and their curbside pickup works great! They also have some pretty good sales every day, and I know personally that helps because weed is expensive.

I disliked that I was not charged the correct price for my medication the last 3 consecutive weeks. The staff is very nice, it would be the perfect place to go if they would tighten up.
