love it here but in the rare times i've had issues with my order and need a refund i end up losing money it's not a lot but still i shouldnt be losing money bc their system is difficult for refunds!

Best dispensary I go to. Amazing and knowledgeable staff, great selection, and even better deals!

I came in today without anything particular in mind and Nate walked me through the store stock and explained everything to me in great detail. The staff and atmosphere Remedy Columbia has is the reason I keep coming back!

Work until pretty late in the day. Them staying open till 10 is great. It don’t get no better than that!

Columbia remedy is the best

I think this place gets it right as far as efficiency transactions while still maintaining the cool dispensary vibes. The decor, games, and seating give you awesome vibes about the place. It’s the only dispensary that gets the pre-order process right. You are actually send to an entire side of the store where staff are focused on only pre-orders. You will actually save time by pre-ordering here. I don’t get why other dispensaries don’t understand this fundamental process.

This is my go to dispensary, the staff there are phenomenal. Shout out to Zoe for being a great budtender who’s not only knowledgeable about the products she’s selling but an excellent customer service rep. Thanks again remedy

I love Remedy in Columbia. They are always so nice and helpful and give great recommendations. Even throughout the height of Covid they still continued to give exceptional customer service. They also have the best deals and sales and wide variety of products. I’ve never had a bad experience going there which is why I stay loyal to them.

First time shopper today, everyone was very friendly, helpful, and knowledgable. Anthony was our budtender and was SO patient and personable, he answered all of our questions (and there were a lot of them!) and made us feel comfortable and confident in our experience and our purchases. The products he recommended were spot on as well, 10/10 will definitely be coming back!

Love coming to remedy! Everyone is always so nice and caring. I do wish they had a bigger selection of flower and prerolls, but that’s okay! I’ve found a few favorites and stock up when they’re at remedy!

The staff at Remedy are wonderful and definitely know their stuff! Everyone has been extremely helpful in finding the best products for my needs since I didn’t have a clue early on. A Remedy staff or two has also explained terps and what each represents in terms of the its “medical” properties and how terps effects the body/mind. My favorite place to shop.
