Remedy - Columbia

This is by far the best location in the state. Very clean, professional, and relaxed setting. They consistently are getting new products in and carry some of the best selections. Prices are fair compared to other locations. Very good communication and text updates are great. They started introducing "flights" which is essentially a sample pack at a slight discount, which is awesome in my opinion. I don't live super close but I will continue to make the drive here because it is worth it.

I really like Remedy in Columbia. The staff is awesome to be around, it is a very nice environment, and they usually have an excellent selection. Their daily sales are usually good - but sometimes they do unload a lot of sub-par product (which is disappointing). Sales should include more premium flower on occasion (for example, I never seen Verano eighths on sale ever there). The biggest head scratcher of all: No loyalty program. Truly confusing considering how much money I have spent there.

The atmosphere is very nice and organized at Remedy Colombia. Ther wait times are 99% extremely fast from my personal experience. Excellent customer service and extremely helpful and knowledgable staff. No uncomfortable feelings here. The staff and customers make you feel right at home with no awkward experiences. Would highly recommend this location!

Budtenders don’t really pay attention to what they’re doing. First time I went there with a friend they put her prescription sticker on all of my things and put mine on hers, we called and they told us there was nothing they could do. Went back a second time and didn’t receive my change. Had to go back in and remind them I never got my change.

Great curb side service fast and friendly workers

This is one of my favorite dispensaries. I visit often because it is about 5 minutes from my job. The menu is extensive and has a good variety of strains from some of the best growers in Maryland. The prices aren't the cheapest in town, but they often run specials on some of the best cultivars from the best growers like gLeaf. Finally, The atmosphere is one of the best and the parking isn't as crowded as many dispensaries. My budtender today was Rachael. She was helpful, nice, and always showed her pretty smile. This place is definitely worth a visit.

Great vibes from everyone here. I placed my Leafly Pickup order and had my "Ready for pickup" text in less than 20 minutes. Unfortunately there's no fast-track for pickup orders yet, so I still had to wait in the regular budtender queue. Great flower selection, but concentrate options are limited relative to other dispensaries. Service and location are great, so I'm sure I'll visit Remedy again.

Being an older woman and a new patient, I had so many questions. I wanted to really understand the products and medication choices. I was fortunate to be introduced to the Lot Manager, A-Rod (Andrew, but there are 3 of them), and was beyond pleased. Not only was his "car-side manner" friendly, patient and educational, but A-Rod was forthcoming with additional knowledge of medications available that I had no idea about. He was so well versed on the latest developments and even had a video to show me how one actually worked. He never made me feel foolish or uncomfortable and thanks to him I was able to make such well informed choices that I feel like I am now on the proper course of care. While my experience with the rest of the Remedy staff has been nothing short of completely outstanding! Please don't miss the chance to meet A-Rod and ask him anything you may be wondering about! If there is a scale of 1-5 Stars, Remedy would get a 6 from me!

Kara helped us and she was absolutely amazing. Great customer service, very knowledgeable, friendly, and dealt with my innate indecisiveness with a smile on her face. We will definitely be coming back!

This location is definitely going to be my go to. The gentleman that helped me made feel welcome and listened to what is looking for as well as suggested without making me feel I had no opinion. He was very knowledgeable and recommended things I made need in future purchases. Never any pressure like other locations. This definitely a place to feel comfortable and welcoming at.

The ONLY criticism I have is going there at night, I feel unsafe in the parking lot. Even with my husband. Otherwise, I love it!

I inquired about whether products are free of chemical pesticides and I could only get an evasive response that they follow Maryland law. Well, Maryland does unfortunately allow the use of certain pesticides and I could not get a straight answer that their products are 100% pesticide free. I’m looking for a healing product, not one that contains pesticides in any shape or form.

Love the new wellness section selling hemp & CBD products. Picked up CBD oil for myself and my dog and ARod was very hospitable and available. Knew what I wanted but he explained the differences so I could select one for anxiety and focus.
